    In ayurveda, we call it Pitta dosh means the acidity. Onion, garlic, mushroom, meats, cold drinks, tea, coffee, spices all increase the pitta, and this increases the heat in your body. You become more impatient, your angered grows, your concentration is affected, and you cannot focus on your intentions, and also creates an environment for diseases to thrive. That is why saints always recommend a satvik diet.

      In my life I have adopted many diets for extended periods of time (5-9 years at a time). This includes vegan, vegetarian and sattvic and I have come the the conclusion that these diets are absolute nonsense!
      However, we’re all different so what works for one may not be the same for another. What I have found is that you have to listen to your body and give it what it needs at that particular time. This is just my two cents worth. I wish you all the best on your journey.

    I stopped meat and eggs about an year ago. Since then my anxiety, tension and sad thoughts have reduced to a great extent. I can feel that my body has become light and free. There is a very great change in my overall mental health. Compassion is the need of hour for mankind.

      @@faizarafique3314 I only eat duck, goose & hen eggs from a free run farmer that I know. We definitely need eggs for our brain that provide Healthy cholesterol since our brain is mostly made up of it* Deficiency is where dimentia & oldtimers in brain begins

      @@faizarafique3314 Most foods have protein. But you can eat dairy, which has some protein. You can also eat legumes, which have a pretty high density of protein. You won't be some huge bodybuilder, but if that's what you want, you can have various protein isolates.

    From Ireland 🇮🇪 When I had a spiritual awakening I went vegan cause I astral projected into a truck full of cows heading into slaughter house. I will never forget the pure fear and terror I felt that morning when I woke up. 🙏🌱I don’t eat anything from animals nor white sugar, gluten, mushrooms or caffeine. Thank you for this video! ❤️

      Hi friend .. with due respects.. I appreciate you going vegan completely and blessing those speechless animals in disguise.. but u need to also understand that instead of going vegan u should try going vegetarian as by avoiding milk n diary products the demand of which gets reduced all these cows and shifted from the farms to slaughter houses for money. By not involving directly into killing we inturn involve ourselves indirectly. Love from 🇮🇳 India

      @@sahilgandhi8797 please do your research on what happens in the dairy industry. The dairy industry feeds the beef and leather industry. Cows are artificially bred by the dairy industry for dairy products. Not consuming any form of animal products means there's no need to breed animals for use.

    Love what you teach us Master. Everything in moderation should be what we aspire to. Also, if you do things with compassion and reverance, but also in moderation, it is totally different than doing in any other way. And using things medicinally, natural is better than anything that man has ever created. Thank you again for the guidance you give to all of us.

    I'm glad that I've not touched alcohol since December last year (2022), so it's been 6months now. Neither do I smoke or take drugs, so cutting off alcohol is just a little step I took but its compound effect built up over time for a greater feeling in my body. Been not eating meat & eggs since many years ago, dairy only occasionally from accidents (e.g. friends making something without knowing I don't consume it, or on rare occasions I want some treats but no vegan option available). Regular exercise also helps (movement eg walking, jogging, hiking). Third eye got opened a couple of weeks ago, so that motivates me even more to take care of my body.

    I loved this video. When I started to have more counsciousness about what I was eating I stopped eating meat, and also intuitively I decided to stop eating garlic, onion and mushrooms. I just feel it is not for me. And when eating outside it has been hard because everyone uses onion and garlic and says it is good for health. But I have always sensed that it wasnt something to eat daily and also I Don t think we can just say that one thing is good for everyone. It is important to develop intuition about what food our own body and mind need

    I was born and raised as a vegetarian. At age 14 I decided to continue forever. And I feel very blessed to have received this education since birth. I tried being vegan more than once, it's still something I need to learn.
    I agree when it comes to "we should live live and eat what we desire" versus "be aware of vibrational frequency". I am on a journey to manifest some things and I'll be more careful during this period.

    Yes i am a satvic diet and it does allow you to connect immediately to the universe and your queations are easily accepted and returned to you in answers
    Your intuition grows your energy levels grow and you are aware of alot of things that someone who partakes of rajasic or tamsic diets are totally oblivious to
    It it the truth but according to sri that choice is all up to you to decide what you want and where you want to be positioned in manifesting

    I'm actually allergic to onions and garlic. And I noticed most things contain onions and/ or garlic. So I've been trying (unsuccessfully) to find a tolerance level. This gives me another reason to stop. Thanks!

    I can see from my experience is that when I don’t eat properly I feel like my energy isn’t in alignment where I want it to be to help me manifest. He causes a lot of anxiety and then from that can create other feelings that are not desirable if you’re not eating properly.
    I eat avocados, boiled eggs, cheese, protein, and fruits and vegetables, and drink a lot of water, and I feel my nervous system is more regulated and my mind doesn’t race as much if any at all. You can shift yourself easier when you’re a healthier version of you. I hope this helps someone! Try staying away from the pop and candy and chips and carbohydrates and refined sugars for a while and just start eating healthy fats, high protein, and fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water and see how you feel in a week.

    The thing I find fascinating is how supermarket milk always triggers severe bloating and cramps. When I drink bio milk in the country side, bought from a woman who has a cow, it has almost no negative effect on my digestion.

    Thank you, I'm rawfood vegan since 12 years, for my health. The funny thing is that the last week or so, I had a severe cravings for mushrooms and garlic. Since I bacame raw vegan, my spirituality have increased a lot. I'm gonna stop eating unio, garlic and mushrooms aswell just to see the effect.

    I stop eating vegetables and bread but having problems stop eating sugar treats but I tried eat a healthy diet of meat. I like your video.
    The universe is working for me i am at peace and feel simplicity i am not Rich but i am happy and grateful don't really care for money but i do wish for enough money where i can be free. And enough to help people out every now and then.
    I better myself every day and I get better and better at being calmer and i get better in think positive when people think negative. I have faith in the universe or what people call that force. 😊

    I sometimes have a toasted sandwich with cheese, butter, Sprinkle tumeric and black pepper and put Habanero and mango chilli sauce on the cheese, pickled jalepenos and put a slice of red onion in my sandwich to eat for lunch. 😁

    I know a company that has tooth paste with no fluorine if any one interested and i use it i feel much better and yes taking care of out food and doing yoga has helped me be much more positive

    There was a time in my life where I only ate bio foods, vegan, no onion, no garlic, no sugar. And when ever I closed my eyes I could see the dimensions. It was beautiful. But I could eat much. I got too skinny, unhealthy amount of skinny. So I had to stop that. I’m still vegan, I don’t eat garlic and onion and sugar.

      I share the exact same story with you. Overdoing it isn't healthy either. Keeping a good balance here just as anywhere else was the best thing I started doing after being very very strict about it for many years.
      My yoga teacher, who is a good friend of Sadghuru and stayed in his ashram for almost 10 years suggested us the same, and shared with us that all praticioners in the ashram are flexible unless it's in certain practices. Keeping a balance between eating it and not getting more stressed through preventing it when outside with friends is the best i found for myself and many others too. But anyone shall go through their own experience and see how much it suits❤️

      Whole food vegan is the best . But one tends to be in caloric deficit because whole plant foods are calorically very dilute and you may become underweight . So you need to eat more food . Also increase calories by eating healthy fats like nuts and seeds

      Yes I had started to eat more whole foods as well as nuts, seeds and avocados. Also rice helps too.

    I don't eat mushroom anymore, I stopped years ago just like that and last year I stopped using fluoride toothpaste and onions , so yea thank you

    I love how when I go to the dentist I have to give consent for my daughter to get fluoride but they put it in our water and toothpaste anyway.... which really makes me wonder.... 🤔

      I stopped buying fluoride tooth paste years ago, I've made significant changes with food choices & consumption, also practice intermittent fasting, I've noticed a change in my spiritual vibration, I've always attracted positive loving people into my life, noticed that everything is much clear, I feel that whatever I desire for my family, friends, and myself, I receive gracefully, always paying it forward! The universe has removed everyone that no longer served me, lastly, I stopped watching television before pandemic, leaving more time outdoors, connecting and meditating, plus
      I have a better outlook on life.

    Well I quit doing drugs,drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes several years ago. I am currently working on quitting all sugar 🙏😇💜🤷‍♀️.

      Ever since I become vegan I’ve felt so much better knowing my existence is not causing suffering, and I’m not living at the price of lost lives. And also I’m so happy because I can feel how happy are the fruits when I eat them😄😄😄😄

    I only eat free run & free from* When in doubt I'll check it out...?* I get duck, hen, goose eggs from a local farmer of happy birds that eat worms & slugs etc... which is natural for them & healthier for us* I say a prayer to thank the animal for it's life sacrifice that it may not be in vain, for it to be a blessing for our body💖 I also thank God for the blessing of this animal that gives us nourishment*🙏 All our body needs is what fits in the palm of your hand & width of pinkie finger* I actually eat less then that sometime. I had cut down on eating meat years ago, so only eat 3-4 days a week, otherwise I feel weak. I am grateful for this enlightening share from Master Sri* Namo hemalaya🙏

    I do my best to eat locally raised organic meats and vegetables. I’ve even been able to visit the farms where my Turkey and Pork is raised.
    If you cut an onion properly you won’t cry! 😂
    Garlic does have benefits for the physical body, such as for the heart. Traditionally it’s vampires that are afraid of it, not zombies! 🤪

    I cut out alcohol, chips and cutting down on fast food and I ended up gaining a lot of energy from it. Sadly I lost a lot of weight though

    Onion and garlic might be hard Master since it’s in our culture. It’s the basic in our foods. Would this still work if we take it in minimum amounts? Both have medicinal properties as well.

    Here in UK (Liverpool) the health visitor asks us to give our babies toddlers "adult toothpaste" because our water doesn't have a lot of floride.......I was so shocked x
