Thanks, i a having issues linking the data to the excel sheet downloaded. are you able to show a video of how you manage the connection between this service desk and the excel sheet that was downloaded to one drive? (i'd ideally like it in sharepoint)

Would have liked more information on how to customize the App.
Like how do you direct the data into a SharePoint or excel sheet? I know how to add a database but where exactly is it going to store all the values in it?

Its a good introduction. I want to use this same template but how do I get rid of existing entries? can you please make a 2nd part of this video where you can show how to add change previously existing names, tasks or areas and adding delete option on templates ?
