Yea that’s asking for trouble. I’m not going lie I used to do that when I was 21, thankfully never got hit but did wreck when someone cut in front of me on the road but the truth is that it was my fault for going 80 in a 30. Fixed the bike and sold it. I just rode dirt bikes now.

You don’t even need to be near the road for a piece of debris to hit you if there was wreck. At 120 mph that will kill someone
Absolutely. I feel like the caption tried to justify this with any ridiculous explanation, but it's simply invalid. That's what speed limits are for and speeding can't be called traffic like the uploader just tries to do. It is the speeders fault because with normal traffic and speedlimits, drivers do have a chance to stop in time to avoid accidents. Speeding like this will break any measures to prevent that.

@@Cee1019 both need to do better, yes his kids shouldn't be near the road but they arnt breaking any law and kids will make this mistake once or twice in their lives, the biker Is a fully grown bike rider and knows better than anyone how dangerous the roads can be when people speed, or drive dangerously and is breaking the law by going 120mph, I think the biker should have better judgement because a kid wondering into the road isnt always something a parent can stop even tho they should, a bike going 120mph is definitely something he can stop
I love it when motorcycle drivers film themselves being brainless idiots in traffic and then imagine themselves being the heroes of the road when they upload their helmet footage.
Some of these motorcycle drivers should honestly go back and retake their license and re-familiarize themselves with defensive driving.

Agreed - but that's the thing about people who don't give a damn about anyone but themselves, even when they split into pieces on impact they leave others with their shit to shovel up.
4:23 and that's where you are wrong. Sure, if it's normal traffic, it's one thing. Some Speed limits in the US may be ridiculous, but most are made while keeping in mind the possibility of kids being around or people in general. Keeping those limits allow the driver to react quickly enough. But speeding around like this makes it impossible. Sure, while it might be the parents responsibility to look after the kid, it is still your responsibility to respect the traffic laws. If one of both fails, an incident can be prevented and that's what the laws are for. If both responsibilities fail, accidents or deaths happen. Kids wander off quickly, even with good parenting it's not always easy to keep track 24/7. But as a grown up driver, it is a conscious choice to speed and you will carry the main fault if something happens and at those speeds, it will not just be an injury, it will be murder.

Never understand why you'd argue with someone that has already endangered you life with their driving. Makes the biker the dangerous one.
Because motorcyclists are the most dangerous people on the road. Somehow they dont think the laws apply to them and everyone else is in the wrong. I swear to god if you had to pick up a dead motorcyclist body off the side of the road to get your licence then maybe they would have some respect.

people get way too aggressive when a car driver does something stupid. doing stupid stuff just because they did just makes you look like an ass, puts you in danger, and makes them care even less
True that. Keep level headed and if your gonna say something then try to keep it polite. People respond far better to this and are far more likely to take whats said into account in the future instead of ignoring it and saying it's the bikers fault and hating on them in general. Of course there are the occasional true dirt bags that aren't worth wasting your breath on but they are far and few between more often than not.

When those guys in the truck came back, you didn’t need to add that text. It’s not that the kids are on the road, it’s just that speeding over even 80 and hitting something like a pothole could endanger more than just the motorcyclist. It’s clear you have a major bias, especially on that clip.

gotta be honest; this part might have been the biker who is attacking and not the old lady. She tells them not to drive-thru but not in a polite way, but she didn't say it in a rude/mean way either.
The two bikers could've just listened to the old lady, but he had to go and said, "I didn't see a sign tho." Bro, why the f do you need a sign to tell you that you can't drive-thru there. But, proceed to push while riding his bike just to look around, see a bunch of boats(1:20), and then goes back to bullying the old lady while making unnecessary excuses.

Going fast with nothing around you makes you vulnerable. That's a voluntary choice. Drivers trying to get somewhere don't need your permission to change lanes.

Exactly. It's not like the biker was doing 40 and the car was doing 25 when he changed lanes. They were nearly matched speed wise with 2 car lengths between them... The car was fine to come over if a bit rude to do so but the biker had room and time with no other traffic in the way. He could change lanes and go around easily without throwing the fit.

8:40 the driver literally couldn't see him. He was in the driver's blind spot, and he stayed there. At the start of the clip, you can see the car passing the biker, who is also speeding up to match the car's speed, and thus staying in his blindspot. Both are at fault in this case.

Some of these bikers should pay attention to their own driving instead of people using their phone in the car. The distraction is much more dangerous than the cardriver.

0:56 to be fair this sounds European, over there its generally expected for people to use their common sense, a sign isn't always necessary, the big handrail blocking off most of the access to the walkway that they drove around on their way in was a pretty clear indication that vehicles aren't supposed to go in there since a car trying to get in would risk damaging itself and the handrail, but I agree there's not much sense in telling a guy on a scooter not to go in there to park, which is what im assuming he was gonna do, she's just being a stick in the mud.
4:15 this might be something you have to have lived rurally to know and understand, kids tend to wander, and tend to break the rules, sometimes they have quads or ATVs they play around with, occasionally they do something stupid like jump across the road, I knew a guy in junior high who lost his life doing just that, he wasn't even 16, he drove his quad across the road, he was hit by a speeding car and killed instantly. Agreed kids have no business on the road, but sometimes they find their way onto it regardless of the reason, and if yer doing 200 kph when they pop out in front of you, you're not gonna be able to stop in time no matter what you do. On top of that those bikes have sharp engine notes, and there are trees all along the roadside, which means a kid on a quad zipping through the trees, isn't gonna hear you coming till you're right on top of them, and likewise, you wont see or hear them coming till they pop out.

Uuhh.. If you decide to go at 200kmh, you've chosen to have no way of stopping and everything that happens as a result is absolutely on you, and kids are kids, it's impossible to keep them perfectly in line and shit do happen, especially with kids. Expect them to be leashed or something?
If the kid gets hit and the driver is at the appropriate speed, then sure, that's more on the parent, but when you're at 200kmh, fuck that, that's 100% on you because you decided to break the law in the first place causing the accident.

No its not the parents fault if their kids get hit on the road, its the drivers fault because they have to yield to all pedestrians and also if they were speeding the court system would use that against you and now you have a vehicular manslaughter charge reckless driving charge and public endangerment charges as well
