Come break time, and lunch break, the screaming foremen are as gentle as kitties. Its just a human tool to sometimes get the tough stuff done right. Nothing ever personal. I wonder what happened with the friend. Did the friend get a job on the same boat with Keith? Where is the friend now? Are they still friends? Etc. That's what I would like to know.
Keith could have opened a chain of restaurants of his own.
Now I know how to get the meat out of the shell nice and clean. I always wanted to do that, cause I always hated having to crunch and dig through the shell, only to get bits and pieces of meat at a time, and then lose some of the meat still stuck in the shell, where I would be unable to get it. Thanks, Keith, for showing us how to do that.

I ask if others eat the crab meat that is found in the joint or knuckle section, I do but it is not as good as leg meat.
