Had a shop like that 33 years ago and owned by an Italian gentleman. Was a pleasure to work for him. After 23 years in the oilfield, it would be nice to have my own shop.

Great video you guys. I am pretty sure you guys are doing it right. Take it from a self employed guy of 37 years. Try not to work any weekends that you don’t absolutely have to. That shop will still be there on Monday morning. Make Saturday or Sunday special for you two. Very impressive and very clean shop.
Great video, my wife and i also work together. We have a tool and die shop that specializes in metal stamping. I really like working with my partner, its not always easy but i wouldn't have it any other way 😊

I agree with the top secret tool. I really need the extra kick in the back to get myself going in the morning. If not, I will be Sleepy all morning!.Every business owner shoud offer free cofee in the break room because it does boost productivity on the employees.
