    1 can Eden Brand Organic Butter Beans
    1/3 Cup Freshly ground flaxseeds
    2 Tablespoons Cold Pressed extra-virgin olive oil
    2 Tablespoons Barlean's Fresh Organic Flax Oil (Cold Pressed)
    2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
