Nice video breakdown I actually went to see the film a couple of days ago personally was a let down as a film but visually his physique was solid and very doable
Well, he already had a decent shape and is into sports so getting him engaged shouldn't've been that hard. I do question how realistic these programs are in the long run.
I agree with the first part of your comment but honestly this seems like a very sustainable program compared to a lot of the stuff you hear about from Hollywood workouts.
@@joeberger3441 True, but programs shaped to follow a time crunch raises a few questions as to what happens (or what you should do or don't) after putting your body through a lot to reach that goal in short time.
@@danimmmmm I guess it depends what "a lot" is. It's still possible to train intensely without overreaching. Your body will adapt to the demands placed on it eventually
I'll be completely honest, his physique, for his height and frame, is average by the standards of regular men that go to the gym, and below average by the standards of Hollywood or influencers, even as a natural. So one thing is obvious, even though this is a leading man role in a large action blockbuster, Paul Meskel is definitely natural. He has almost no delts, his arms look skinny, and while the promotional images are flattering, he has no abs in the film at all. He's likely at 17 to 20 percent. He's filmed well, so the camera is always close to his body and they use angles that make him appear bigger. But honestly, this is a mid-physique and a below-average effort for a man being paid millions of dollars to have his physique plastered over tens of thousands of screens and posters worldwide.
I haven't seen the movie yet, but he looked decently jacked in some of the promo images / training footage. In any case, certainly something most dudes could accomplish!
