This is just like Korean dakdoritang! Only this is a sheet pan recipe, and it's missing an onion and sesame oil! I always marinade overnight! Thank you for the recipe!
Since you said it's for chicken, I assume I can use wings, but can I use broccoli instead of cauliflower, I hate cauliflower, Also can I cook it in an airfryer instead, I don't have an oven. I steam my rice, don't like rice cookers. Love your channel, I learn a lot of good recipes
Tip….soak your garlic cloves in room temperature water for about twenty minutes! No need to smash, peel like wow, what have I been doing wrong all my life
Just put mine in the oven a couple minutes ago! I didn't have the Korean spice, so I just used some Oyster Sauce instead, and I doubled the marinade, along with double the Ginger & Garlic - smells great! I didn't have time to cook this off, so it was in the marinade for about 60 hours before going into the oven.
Gojujang is a korean red chilli paste and not sauce and does not contain soybean. The one with soybean is the fermented one which is called Dwaenjang. So you need to get that correct.

If your ginger is frozen just by getting it wet the skin peels off almost by itself.
My ginger got nasty in the freezer, very mushy when it thawed.
