Just can agree to that. The editing was so fresh and clean. Maybe some scenes could be cut out to make the video max 15min, but overall very inspiring filming and editing!

This is fantastic, I think this should be the main format / theme of your channel. I originally discovered your channel when the algorithm recommended the 30 day burpee challenge and the 1 week no food challenge, and I thought the content, the editing, and your sense of humor was really unique and entertaining. Keep up the great work and thanks for making such great videos!

Whenever I need motivation for anything I just watch any of your videos, never stop. Your will and motivation lets me know I can do more and I dont necessarily need public opinion to do it Thank you.

Word of caution. Mowing lawn barefoot, if for some reason the front of the mower catches, your foot will go forward and the back of mower you’re pushing will lift. Your foot will go directly into the blade. I cut off the front of my shoe as a kid, and nearly cut off front toes.

Great content! It is nice to see someone else trying to train hard and on a budget. I also like that you share when things don't go to plan. I have set lots of goals in my own endurance journey. Sometime you hit them, sometimes you don't. Adjust, adapt, and always keep moving! The multi-sport aspect of this channel is great, too. Not every video needs to be a polished masterpiece of film. Seeing this video is a great kick to get off my rump and keep training.

You mentioned the Yak Attack and it has been on my bucket list ever since I found out about it. I wish I knew you wanted to do it! I’m in the United States but I would have rode that race with you 100%. I have cycling and BMX experience but my mountain bike experience ends at one time trying downhill with a bike with absolutely zero suspension so I’d say we are probably about equal in skill haha. Awesome to see your videos again!

Exactly the content I subscribed for a year ago. My formula for your channel would be:
    -Choose a race/challenge
    -Document your training
    -Race day video
-After the race/challenge do a video answering most common questions
    -Repeat
    Keep it up!

Great video! It's true, cycling is the king for consistency in training and dealing with niggles that come up with running or high impact stuff. This kind of content is great. Multisport that you're showing is very enchancing. It feels like if you can do it from a newbie, why can't we, right? It inspires me a lot to do not only activities that I know, but also to try something new. In my case it's freestyle swiming. The thing that makes it so good to watch, is that you show the massive work you're doing beside - yoga, stretching... and ofc, not everything goes as planned and we can have a laugh :)

One point on technique: you should keep your cadence on easy runs and cycling too, and lower the speed by shortening your steps (while running) or lowering your gearing (while bicycling). Now it looks like you are just cutting cadence and effectively adding more strength, which is not good for technique or fatigue. This was the most effective realization I’ve ever made in my own training, no injuries and I’ve gained so much speed.
