Regarding the soft flasks, either fill them up to the brim with water or blow into them to fill the empty space with air, they hold their shape easier when trying to push them into the pockets

Stumbled across your channel by a coincidence some time ago but i stuck with it. You really have some stuff in you to motivate people maybe thats what you should pursuit. The whole ultra marathon preparation was a great watch you`ve showed that a regular guy (well ok some of them) could prepare for that. Big thumbs up waiting for more. Ps. the music in this episode was a let down for me was expecting some 80s collection dance beats :)

Great video as always! Just a friendly tip from someone who runs with vests a lot - blow some air into the soft flasks before you try to put them in your vest, makes it a lot easy to slide in when they're less floppy 👍

I just firing up a party about this guy. It's honest, hilarious and slapsticks. But still for my Training so much to know about. I am sorry that I just subscribed so late. Just realized it's 'only' ca. 1.1 kg of fat (10 000 kcal)
Usually 1 kg of fat is 7700 kcal. Therefore 10k is 1.3kg which is pretty damn impressive because it is just 1 day! But hey I just walk all the time
I also found that I seemed to forget how to speak English the more tired I am. I thought i was the only one. :D
