Don't worry about the little set backs. This does happen during recovery.... The good thing is that you told your mum about it and also broke the Ed rules and put a stop to the cycle. The fear is going to be there but the only way to overcome these fears is to face them over and over again until they become normal... So super proud of you. Keep going and remember how unhappy the Ed makes you feel every week when you restrict all week. The guilt of betraying the Ed is hard too, but that does pass and you will feel so much better in the longer term I promise ❤️

It can feel so difficult to break the cycle since it’s sort of like a routine but I found that planning unrestricted meals in advance with supervision along the way helped quite a bit. Keep fighting lovely!

I go through good and bad phases for months, recovery is long and we just have to roll with it sometimes xx
