Koh Kong province trip to the border of Cambodia Thailand

We have a trip to Koh Kong the first time in our lives with Sky King travels and tours from Phnom Penh city on national road number 4 to Koh Kong province. It's a beautiful places having many resorts such as Tatai stream (hands of the sea) Leu and Krom. Tatai Krom is a natural community eco-tourism where we can take a boat sightseeing the beautiful nature and stopped by any island to see natural fruits on the tree. Tatai Leu is where we can take a boat sightseeing along the stream and take a shower at the waterfall (fresh water). Beside that, at Koh Kong having mangrove forest at Peam Krasob where we can walk along the concrete bridge to see mangrove tee, walking swing bridge and taking a boat to see mangrove forest along the hand of the the sea. We also visit Thai market, Koh Kong Safari world to see Monkey Show, Bird show, Crocodile show, Tiger show and having buffet at Koh Koh resort. It's beautiful and best memory.

Any idea where it is possible to rent long term in Koh rong ?
Are the places with 24h electricity and internet still expensive for long term, or is it possible to stay somewhere for less than $1000/month ?
