Thinkpad P51s Hard Disk Connector Fail - Appalling Lenovo Service, Full Procedure to Install M.2 SSD

I have one of apparently many Thinkpad P51s laptops where the internal hard disk connector has come loose from the motherboard. Lenovo refused to fix it under warranty. I give a step-by-step process to change the hard disk to an M.2 solid state drive. I show how to identify the proper M.2 drive, how to buy it, how to physically install it, how to set it up under Windows, and how to copy existing Windows drive onto it.
