- Hey guys, I figured I would make a video for anyone who is new to this game and or hasn't had much time to play it. I made a new character to see just how overpowered you can become before you even really start doing missions in England. Turns out you can be extremely strong. I chose four weapons that are very good early and late game as well as armor that might arguably be the best in the game. It takes little to no effort to become OP since free roam allows you to go to late game areas right when you start out. I did my best to be as detailed as possible without trying to bore you to death. Anyway, this video is made for fun and I hope it can help out anyone that needs it.

Yep.. Brigandine 5 armor set should be the first to look after when in England. Its so OP on raid , no helix purchase needed and you will not regret it.

"Follow the exact path and you will not aggro anyone"...unless you arrive 2 seconds later, in which case you have to improvise a bit, because the enemies move. Love the guide, just wanted to point out that timing is key, and things change based on when/where you move. Thumbs up :)

@@saxonhursey Honestly Raven Clan is good right now. Your best gear is Thegns which you’ll be able to obtain further in. Dual spears is king as well.
@@saxonhursey bracers and torso are in Eurviscire. Pants are in Glowecestrescire, cloak and helmet are in Wincestre. You’ll need to be around a power 100-120 to fight through the enemies. It’s Bear passive set.

@Khaathus I must be old (38). Just picked this up on PS store for under $30 for ps4 and have unfortunately become addicted to it. It actually surpassed my expectations.
The game is absolutely huge, to rely on fighting dynamics being a constantly fresh experience is having an unreal expectation.

FYI - Brigandine Armour 12:35 there is a chandaleir above the floor that you can drop so you don't have to get the ability first (although I do hear its great to have )
You are absolutely right about the chandelier Hemara. I chose the power up route for the last piece you get so people didn’t have to deal with enemies while carrying an explosive vase.
So I figured I would tie it together a little better even though it wasn’t needed for the church part.

Was the hole there for the helm at 8:10 hemara?
No it wasn’t .. I thought I was at the wrong spot to begin with, but it is the right cave .. you just have to go through the entrance with the guard
@@Khaathusthe video is great, thank you, and I am following it, but I wish I had used the chandelier because now I am at the last site, the watery cave, and I can’t use my ability to blow the floor because I used it on the piece before and my adrenaline is empty and I have to leave and come back.
@@Gigi-fv9ky There is explosive barrels you can use to blow up the ground in that area too. Or you could do some fighting to get your adrenaline back.
Just recently downloaded this game on series s, I’m loving the graphics. Anyways I’m 2 hours into the this game as we speak. I’m so glad I found this video

Fun fact about the 7:22 - 7:40 , Vikings mainly used axes due to their dual nature of being a sharp weapon, and being a tool. Same reason by blunted weapons like hammers were also used often. Swords were seen as too expensive for the outcome of an axe and thus were used more as ceremonial pieces, though a weapon is still a weapon.

I got the game "kinda" on accident, i got a 3 ac bundle for 35€, mainly because of origins because i thought i pc couldnt handle valhalla, i tested it and it worked even better than origins, i dont know how but im really happy i can play it, thank you for that tutorial

Yngling seax is what I main on mine. I'm at level 385ish and am using mastery points, so I didn't just use it to start out. Dual wielding daggers with this one in the mix plus the rare rune you get later on that creates fire after a parry make for a great combo. Dodge, you gain attack. Parry, you deal fire damage. The other dagger I use is one I used opals for, can't remember the name, but its ability includes increase in back damage on dodges, and the secondary ability is you gain life for every kill after your third one when in battle. Great for coming in and wrecking some fortresses pretty quickly. The daggers basically stun lock enemies on the light attacks, and the special attack(L1) makes you lunge forward and stab, stab, stab the left hand, then when you let off the button, eivor slices then backs back up. Great for using right after a dodge, because it alleviates that reach disparity with the daggers being short. I heard dual wield spears is pretty OP too, so imma try that on another run-through.
Yeah, the daggers are amazing and it looks like your build is pretty strong too haha. The spears are really strong as well so you can't go wrong with switching to them in the future.
I rocked the elf soldier outfit.
When in Canterbury Cathedral for the chest piece: you can also shoot down the chandelier if you do not have the abilitie to make things blow up with arrows

Yeah Incindary Powder Trap saves so much time in the long run. It’s also great for defeating Nidhoggr in the dive in Hel. It’s the boss that can’t take fire damage.

forgot about the abillity, but there was a chandelier right above the 2nd last item so you could use that too for the last armour piece. but great ability to have anyway
You are correct, chose to grab that ability and show it in use so people could have it later and not have to carry a barrel.
