Your site clearance here is topsoil removal. Plus the site clearance is suppose to be the whole plot of land.
Thats how site clearance for substructure works is measured.for the whole site is measured under preliminaries
@@easyqs well depending on the standard method of measurement you're using. Here in Nigeria. Site clearance has to do with removal of the whole vegetation on the plot of land and top soil removal is what you explained having a spread. Do you do top soil removal? If yes what does it entail?
@@hassanabdulmalikodunayo2701 Top soil removal entails removal of all soil that support vegetation growth after site clearance.It is usually done to the same area we do site clearance nbut is limited to where the building occupies plus the foundation spread
@@easyqs so if a 300sqm building is laying on a 2acres of land I'll remove 2acres topsoil instead of 300sqm and the spread?
@@hassanabdulmalikodunayo2701 No.The cost that relates to the building ie is 300 sqm is under substructures.The rest of the land is priced under the preliminaries
