Hi Travis. I purchased this dash cam on based on your review. Unfortunately I sent it back to the seller the next day due to two reasons. You have failed to mention that the rear camera records back to front as the rear footage shows on your review. You are driving on the opposite side of the road in playback mode and the registration number of the car behind you also reads back to front. I should have noticed this while watching your video. Also If I pause your video when you are passing a parked car, you cannot identify what the plate actually reads. This does not come close to the Nextbase car cam which records in high quality with the rear camera recording everything correctly. I have now purchased the Nextbase 320 XR with rear camera.
Thanks for your feedback. I will try to improve my dash cam videos in the future to make as much info as possible to help the consumer.
im about to purchase this from amazon, can you tell me is there a descent distance between the camera from the window to the power lead and for the rear camera lead, my last one was a tight fit for the power lead and it eventually failed because it would not connect properly !
I cannot remember the length for it’s still in my car. But after running the cable round I had a few feet spare.
@@JamesTravis hiya mate, well .. i just bought it , good video btw, ive had a dash cam in the past where the power lead was too close to the rear camera connector and kept shorting out the power nightmare, cheers

I just downloaded footage onto my iMac. The IMac has free software called imovies, which I use for all my videos.

Hi Travis, i am confused when to look on the mirror. So do i look left mirror and center mirror when turning left, and look right and center when turning right? What i do is i look left, right and center everytime i make a turning. Also once u are in the new road, do i have to just look center and right mirror before speeding up, or i have to look left as well? Please enlighten me.

Firstly, thank you for watching and putting up with the adds.
1. Every time you want to slow, check centre mirror before breaking.
2. If turning left, centre mirror then left mirror.
3. If turning right, centre mirror then right mirror.
4. When entered onto a new road, centre and right( right one to check if someone is about to overtake you).

Well, I tried to watch this video, but your speaking volume is so low when you're showing what the different buttons on the side are for that I could hardly hear you. And yes, my computer volume is up. Oh, well. On to the next video.
