Waht you eat in a day please! We don't want perfect, as a person who always judges myself for my imperfect diet, it is interesting to see what a human that is dealing with similar thoughts and challenges.. we want the imperfect and snacks! If that's not triggering for you ❤
Gabby, the reason your face is less puffy from re adding cardio classes and these hot yoga, hot Pilates, even lifting moderately is bc you’re sweating which is causing you to retain less water. Less sodium bloat. Youre also getting your heart rate up, using your central nervous system and releasing more endorphins. These workouts can make it easier to relax afterwards. Also improved sleep. Lower body lifts help your hormones as well. It all makes sense and is all connected
Love the idea of Sunday Sit Down!! Wondering if you can chat about moving forwards after a long-term relationship ends? I'm assuming you and your bf broke up when you moved to Toronto for that little bit and haven't mentioned him or an "us" since... no need to share personal details, but if you feel comfortable I'd love to hear about how you're doing post-breakup IF that is the case. Looks like my bf of almost a decade & I might be breaking up and I'd love to hear the perspective of someone who's been through a similar experience.
Girly, don’t put too much pressure on yourself. The mere fact you’re gonna attempt Vlogmas is a TREATTTT! 🥹 Please stick with sit down Sundays - sit down videos are my favourite. A stripped back skincare routine really is the best tip I can give anyone. I literally apply sun cream in the morning, and at night I double cleanse and apply a barrier repair moisturiser. Retinol a few times a week unless I’m dealing with particular dryness in winter. I had to cancel my spin membership as I got addicted and was taking it too far on top of my lifting. I MISS IT SO MUCH but it was getting unhealthy for me. Cannot waiiiiiiit to hang out again tomorrow hehehe! 🥰🥰🥰🥰
