I have been to Bromo in 1994, where the temperature was cooler than now, not many jeeps were passing by because there were still not many tourists coming like today, the atmosphere was very natural and not crowded..Your video is very interesting to watch so my memory repeats itself..Thanks guys and stay healthy to both of you guys🙏❤️🇮🇩

That rumbling sound is a magma boiling and trying to get out from the crack into the surface. The yellow thing is a sulfur. The gas coming out from the crater contain a sulfur, that's why you can see many parts of the fence got rusty and broke up there

Gunung yang paling mudah didaki,
Saya tak bisa bayangkan kalo menyaksikan raja 👑gunung api 🔥Indonesia SEMERU!!!
Suaranya beda dengan gunung Bromo,
Suaranya kayak kereta api uap,
Dengusannya kuat,
Kalo kita beruntung bisa menyaksikan ledakan, dentuman kecil, dan hujan pasir tipis-tipis.....
Merapi juga asyik tapi tak bisa sedekat semeru......
Sedangkan lawu suaranya mirip suara pesawat yang mau mengudara,

The loud rumbling sound is from the boiled lava.
It's simillar to when you boiling a water and the water make a rumbling sound as it get boiled.
Actually a giant lava bubbles snap and it making that super loud sound.
Much louder than any transportation machine sound.
O my God, I'm at the same spot like you guys! But i visit last June with my guest from Belgium ❤❤❤ very spectacular view 🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩 but i took from Malang city trip 😊. Price almost similar. Only the road bit different i think.. hehe
As a tour guide i always try to do my best to my guest for memorable and good experience while they travel in Indonesia 🥰🥰🥰

This is an epic video because it is closest to the lava pit and reaches the highest peak of Bromo. You both even know the history of the Hindu Tengger and Majapahit tribes, it's amazing. You two are so down to earth - wake up, drink, eat, stay, ride in the jeep, smell the sulfur like the locals do. So positive.... I'm curious to watch your next video after this...

13:17 it's Mt. Semeru the highest mountain in the Java Island. Its peak called Mahameru, magnificent views up there.
you guys come at the right time... mid of august throughout september are the best. we have a wet dry season this year (which means rain will still fall during dry season) so sometimes you might not see the sunrise in Bromo. I went up to Bromo several times ( as I used to work as part timer tour guide back in college ) but I took the pasuruan route not the probolinggo as i came from Malang. day tour to Bromo is even worth it, on the way (from Pasuruan/Nongkojajar) you can have a great view of the volcanoes on the opposite of Bromo; Arjuna - Welirang...next time, when you have more spare time, try to go to Bromo through Tumpang, Malang... it's even more majestic. FYI you can visit Bromo through 3 different routes; the touristy; Nongkojajar and Probolinggo, or Malang route through Tumpang which is more of trekking route but the view is equally magnificent.
You shud go to Lombok Island and climb Mount Rinjani a 2nd highest active volcano in Indonesia ... it's a 3 days 2 nites treking tour ....

The mountain has sound is because it is an active vulcano 😂 as simple as that 😂 one day if you read a news about the eruption of bromo then u will feel glad that u had saw how the lava still inside in the vulcano hence we pray for the safety of the people there.

The mount higher than Bromo that you saw on the background is Semeru, the highest mount in Java Island which is one of the very active mounts in Indonesia

You can come to Mount kawah ijen, Madakaripura waterfall, not far away from Bromo. Other Mountain so can see from Broom, is Mount Semeru more aktif than Bromo, about 3.600 + m high. Cover with ice at top in some winter time.

bro, if you have the opportunity, go back on holiday to Indonesia, there are still many interesting places you can visit such as Bali, Labuan Bajo, Raja Ampat, and many more.
This is Indonesia bro, we can explore a lot in Indonesia, many other hidden places that you can find and more beautiful..
Back then, in 1993-1996, you could have a thin layer of ice from Penanjakan to the Bromo crater side. The ice could be thicker in August. The temperature could drop below 0 Celcius at midnight to dawn, as oil could turn into butter.
Back then we could also make a fire in the sand sea or at the side of the crater. The crater side was still so wide that some people could gather, circling a fire pit made of filed parafin stove to cook Indomie or water for coffee. It was still about 3-5 meter wide.
saya pernah pergi ke sana di awal tahun 1990....dan terus lanjut ke gunung semeru...di puncak gunung semeru lebih wow.....tapi sayang setelah saya kembali ke sana lagi di tahun 2022 suasananya sudah jauh berbeda, alamnya yang dingin dan sejuk sudah hilang oleh begitu banyaknya jeep....karna kawasan wisata ini sudah mendunia...baiknya untuk perekonomian setempat maenjadi naik, tapi kita harus ingat untuk menjaga alam ini....salam kenal dari saya mantan mapala universitas........?

You are very lucky to be able to see the Sea of Clouds on Bromo. I am from Mojokerto, East Java. I often go there but can only see the sea of clouds once. but bromo always makes me miss it 😊

Back in the 90s, cars were not allowed to go down to the desert, so people would camp there. Back then the level of sands was higher that you can just walk or ride horses to the bottom of the stair, it was so flat back then, no need to walk up the "hills". It's so much different now, probably due to the eruptions all these years. Glad you two enjoy the sunrise and the volcano! ❤

I went to Bromo with my guy friend, he lives nearby there and we rode a bike to get to the hill. Since the weather was extremely cold along the way up and down, he got stomachache on the way back, find a public mosque's toilet and i was feeling responsible to ask him drive lol
This made me goosebumps & sweaty palms at the same time just wow
