Good Morning Ken, Kate & the KS Fam.... its so confusing when u hear the SEC thinks ETH is etherium and they've been investigating Etherium for the past year, then on the other hand HK ETH ETF launching today, and Blackrock and Fidality ETH ETF application submitted into the SEC..... from a regular retailer looking from outside in, all this mismatch feels like a big political game, in no way this feels like a sensible structured approach from regulators, leading to conclusion that Gary Gainsler and the SEC are in no way protecting the retailers at all, and their actions over the past 3 years or so has led retailers to treat the SEC as a Clown Court... my thoughts only

@@CryptoTurtle Greetings back at you classmate. I do have buys at 58731 and 55365 for BTC. Unfortunately the low of 59195 was @ 1400 MST US and then it bounced but I see at 1900 MST US that BTC is turning down again so that first buy level is still in play for sure. So close....but I am not deterred. I take em as they come. As they say "close" only counts. when it comes to hand grenades , horseshoes and nuclear bombs 👍
