Excellent video! Only wish you could make more. You go on the most scenic roads and less taken routes. Keep them coming.

@@HaventSeenItYet We originally found your You Tube site from the video of Copper Harbor. I think we watched about 5 more videos last night for the history you are sharing of the Wyoming and other Western States. Very well done. Thanks so much for putting the time and energy into your episodes.

We saw some of these same sites this past summer. I think the National Park Service did an amazing job with Fort Laramie. Did you see the Oregon Trail Ruts?

We hope you enjoyed the historical sites as much as we did. Yes, the NPS did do a great job at Fort Laramie (it wasn’t on our original list of places to stop at, but it was something I’m glad we didn’t pass on).
We saw some of the Oregon Trail ruts near the “Parting of the ways” location, but didn’t search them out in the other locations.
      Thanks for watching!

What sources do you use to research the areas you go to?

    • @HaventSeenItYet

      Thanks for watching.
We usually pick an area (or see something on RUclips that peeks our interest) and then we watch every video we can find about the area. We also just google places and research online, like “must see things in Wyoming “. We usually layout the big paper map and mark all the things we want to see in an area (or state) and draw a route to see as many of those places we we can.
Hope that was helpful. Good luck with your travels!
