Thanks for the straight forward instruction. I'm fairly new to biking, I've got a 94 CB500 and it's great to be able to do as much to it as I can. This is what you tube is for in my opinion.🤘😎👍

Thanks mate, the cb500 is an almost indestructible Machine, and perfect in my opinion for getting started with DIY Mechanics,

@@OneBoysDreamFilm So I've just changed the oil, using one of my girlfriends baking trays to catch the oil, put a new oil filter and new air filter on too. I've never felt more manly. She's not home yet, I'll let you know if she's as impressed as I am with my work. 👍

These videos are informative, interesting and done properly. I do own CB500 myself so I really appreciate the content, as it's older bike and not much for them on RUclips!
    Thank you!

@@OneBoysDreamFilm Definitely the best channel for the cb500. I just got my A2 license and would like to learn to maintain the bike myself, so these videos are great for learners like me, as you make it easy and understandable, waiting for more to come with excitement!

hi man! have you been using 10w40 shell all the time ?

    • @OneBoysDreamFilm

yeah, never had a problem, bikes now over 100k miles now and still runs great,

but in the service manual says 10w30, is there difference, i mean... does depend on the climate you re riding along the bike season ?

100% 10w30 is the way to go if you can get it, I find 10w40 cheeper and slightly thicker in summer, tbh its more a personal preference of mine... some say its better for older engines, that have more wear, but that could be just a rumour @@fabb4834

    2,9 l. is only for engine, + 200 ml.the filter = 3,1 l. is the minimum!
