  • In this episode, I remove the wall panels and install the insulation
    The product I used is 1" Durofoam by Plasti-Fab.

    They are what is called a triple square.

      Thanks. I never encountered these before, but I guess they are quite commonly used on cargo trailers. Maybe they speed assembly or something, I don't know, but a simple Robertson head would work just as well in my opinion.

      @@2wagondragon they are popular with the Germans. They are all over on my Volkswagen. Thanks for going over the bicycle drive systems, BTW. I really appreciated learning about that. I hope your trailer build is going well. If you are ever in Colorado, look me up :)

    I used the extruded foam insulation easier to work with.
