Since getting new Xfinity white tower router, I can no longer print wirelessly from my computer. My printer says it's online but my computer says it's not online under printers and devices. I have an orange error thing in upper right hand corner of printer panel. I tried what you're showing and went to the same web site and the options were completely different.

When you install on your pc, there are 3 method , wireless, wired and usb. But on my pc , there are just 2 option, wired and usb. Can anyone explain , why there is no wireless method on my pc? I already well connected wifi, status is connected
