This year's video will be even better as I have recently upgraded to my camera to 4K quality and have a professional microphone to pick up sounds better. My recent Beamish Steam Gala video was filmed on it and some of the shots I got was great visually and audio wise. Well worth a watch if you enjoyed this video.
Definitely the show keeps on getting bigger. This year we did have a rain shower but that did not spoil the mood. It's well worth visiting when it's on.
Definitely one of the best shows the museums road system allows for a lot of driving of the engines. The show is set over 2 days I went on the Sunday. Saturday there was 51 engines and then on Sunday there was 48.
@@stovepipe666 If exhibiting a engine there is probably a email or someone you could contact on the Amberley museum website to get booked into the show. Exhibitors don't have to stay all weekend they can do just one of the days or both. If going as a visitor you do have to book online for this event the tickets do sell fast but I don't know if they have sold out completely. I normally book my ones a few days before the weekend of the show.
