UFOS IN NIAGARA FALLS

A few years ago I directed/produced, and even appeared in this award-winning music video by Canada's iconic and legendary music band The Spoons. Gord Deppe, the leader singer and a friend of mine, asked me to create something surreal with aliens, and this is what I came up with, what can I say, great minds think alike. We shot the entire video in Niagara Falls, Canada, and used iconic landmarks such as the screaming tunnel on Warner Road. We also used my back deck where I did a 'Back to the Future' moment and took footage from their hit song/video from the 1980's Romantic Traffic, and we -re-created that scene 40 years later! The aliens were a fun storyline to add to one of Canada's most original and talented bands, way ahead of their time and still transcending time. UFO's in Niagara Falls we thought would be such a concept. The video itself is an award-winning video on 5 continents as the song is 'out of this world' great! They are definitely a great and legendary 80's band!
