Make your laptop faster | RAM installation in Laptop | Upgrade RAM of Laptop | Dell Latitude Laptop

If you are a gamer or content creator, you might have felt the requirement to upgrade the RAM of your laptop or PC. Because for executing the work faster, you need an ample amount of RAM.
In this video, I am adding an additional 8GB RAM in my old Dell Latitude Laptop. However, this video is for everyone and every laptop.
Before upgrading RAM (additional RAM) keep note of the following parameters of RAM:
1. RAM capacity - Same capacity as that of previous RAM is better.
2. Data transfer Rate: It is mentioned in MHz. Eg 2666MHz, 3200 MHz etc. It should be atleast as that of previous RAM or higher than that. But note that the over all speed will be lower of the two RAMs.
3. RAM generation - DDR3/DDR4/DDR5, higher the better. But limitation is you RAM slot generation. So if your RAM slot is DDR 4, you cannot fit a DDR5 RAM into it. The slot is different for each generation.
Also, while searching RAM for buying, please note that laptop RAM are of form factor SODIMM. Other form factor is UDIMM which is for PC.

& use only 1200 MHz 🤔
go to bios and change ram speed
