Thanks to Dr. Grande, I haven't lost my bearings. His short story about a bear that couldn't bear to say no before bearing its teeth into bags of cocaine and barely swallowing them before suffering unbearable consequences sadly leaves the bear being its own pallbearer. Here's a well deserved bear hug for Dr. Grande! 🐻❤️🌵💕👏🌵🐻

The 10 original Care Bears consist of Bedtime Bear, Birthday Bear (replaced by Cocaine Bear in 1986), Cheer Bear, Friend Bear, Funshine Bear, Good Luck Bear, Grumpy Bear, Love-a-Lot Bear, Tenderheart Bear, and Wish Bear. Later on, additional bears joined them, as well as the Cousins.

I used to skydive with Drew in the 1970s. At the time he was in law school at night. We were driving to Berea, Kentucky to jump at the time because our plane was not available and that is where Drew was jumping. He was fun to have around and he told us stories about busting people and then smoking their pot in front of them. When I saw the report of his death I called every skydiver I knew until I got confirmation that it was “our” Drew. Oh my, I never expected him to do all of these things. I think he wasn’t able to get to his reserve parachute after a main malfunction. I was at UT-Knoxville when I knew Drew and I never saw him after graduating.

The bear was drawn to the sweet floral smell of all that Columbian Bam Bam.
Bears can smell the sweet nectar of one flowering shrub from 1 mile away. That amount of cocaine was like a friggin entire nursery to the bear. Once it opened those bags, it loved the tart (super sweet) taste of the devil's dandruff.
Eating cocaine as just like orally ingesting any drug, it takes at least 20 minutes to be digested into the blood stream to feel the effects. Eating the amount of cocaine this bear ate would've caused it to uncontrollably vomit & poop long before the drug psychoactive effects kicked in & then as soon as all those chemicals hit his cereal nervous system, the bear would've replaced it's uncontrollable vomiting & pooping with uncontrollable seizures which could've lasted as long as 1/2 hour until his heart valves eventually blew up.

Also I was devastated to find out that I weigh almost as much as a black bear. It wasn't a pleasant experience.
Eta apparently the bear weighed 150 lbs. It's official. I am 8 lbs heavier than a black bear😭😭😭😭😭
Eta I just found out that female bears range 90 to 175 lbs, so this bear wasn't even a cub. I weigh nearly the same as an adult female Black bear.

As was said though, it’s not meant to be a biographical account of what happened. It’s meant to be an exaggerated and fictional account.
I did enjoy the film, sure it’s silly and ridiculous at times but that’s the type of film it is.
It’s different than portraying something as true when it isn’t. For example, the 2003 book “A Million Little Pieces” by James Frey was sold as a memoir (fully factual) but in 2006 it was discovered that Frey embellished and exaggerated parts of the book. So they could no longer call it a memoir, just fiction .

After watching (and enjoying) this channel for around a dozen episodes I cannot figure out if Dr. Grande is relating news and information or his sole intent is to make dry humorous videos in comedy format. If the latter, our Dr Todd takes the cake for unique dead pan style.

In the early 2000s there was an aggressive bear in Germany that kept interfering with human life. He went into hotel kitchens mostly, but just generally was too close to civilisation and quite aggressive. They caught him and brought him hundreds of kilometres away multiple times to get him back into the forest but he always returned to around the same area and caused havoc. In the end he was shot and killed. Surprisingly he wasn’t the only bear causing havoc in Europe, two of his siblings also were killed because of the same reasons, one in Switzerland. All the bear siblings that were born to one mother within a wild life project showed heightened aggression. Who knows, maybe the momma bear also ate cocaine during pregnancy.

Just yesterday I learned of this from my neighborhood theater but the movie wouldn't begin for 90 minutes so I went home. Now I find our good doctor analyzing the very same story and am glad I didn't see Hollywood's version first. HOWEVER Dr. Grande, this is the one time I wish you would analyze someone and make it the bear! Would make a great spoof show and give you a chance to fully unleash your hilariously charming sense of humor. 🐻 🤓Let's start with talking about the first picnic basket you stole that had edible brownies and how that became a gateway to cocaine...

When I came across the preview for this movie, and realized it was a true story, I told myself I had to see it. It’s one of those movies like Velocipastor. You read the title, and right from the get-go, you know what you’re getting into. There’s no false claims or promises. The title tells you, there’s something wrong with you if you choose to go see it and think it’s dumb. Accept it’s going to be corny as hell and very tongue in cheek, and you’ll enjoy yourself.
No idea how dr grande stays so on top of his game, so relevant. His videos are the same, you know you’ll be getting quality facts that are as up to date as possible. Truly an attention to detail!
It’s really a shame he’s just a figment of my imagination and this is all a simulation created by shape-shifting lizard people 👁👁
