A tip that I forgot to say in this video but meant to--when thrift shopping, don't forget to look at seasonal decor even if it's off season! It's easy to skip the Christmas decor without really looking when it's spring and you're not in the Christmas spirit anymore, but I found the gorgeous set of David Monn ornaments in spring at Goodwill and I'm so glad I took the time to open that box from the Christmas section 😍

Welcome, so glad to have you as a subscriber! Unfortunately the garlands that are shown in this video are unavailable on Amazon at this point. However, I did buy one more that I would call decent. I used it on my stairway railing. I will say it was a bit more smelly at first than the others, but it faded soon. Personally, I didn't use the lights that came with it. Its all so beautiful makes me smile! I waited to watch until right before I decorated my tree and home. 🎄🌲. I have the neural theme as well with a red/burgundy accent. I thought an All green themed tree would look so elegant I may start shopping this year to do that next on a second tree I just thrifted this year. We’ll see. 🤔

This is just beautiful, I'm decorating in neutral colors too and using mixed metallics. How do you buy the open box stuff. I have plenty for this year. I'm pre planning for next year at least with greenery!
Thank you! Sounds like your look will be similar ❤️ on Amazon there is a drop down menu where you can search by department. Select "Amazon Warehouse" as your department and it will filter by the warehouse deals. Also, you can just keep your eye as you're scrolling regular Amazon when you're checking out an item because it will tell you if it's got a lower price available "used". Some used items are from sellers but a lot are just opened boxes/returns from the warehouse. I had one item that was the totally wrong thing before (It was supposed to be a light fixture and it was a car radio in the box!) But otherwise, I've had really good luck with open box deals being just as good as new.

Yes in most cases the return policy is exactly the same and you'll see the "Free Returns" note just like usual. I don't think I've encountered one that isn't personally. Can't really go wrong if you can still return it!
Shared. Love love love your ornaments! Everything looks so pretty ✨ We put our light outside up- because it's better to hang them when it's warmer outside. No decorations inside yet. The day after Thanksgiving is when I decorate the inside of the house and put the tree up. I can't wait to do the inside! Have a Happy Thanksgiving. Looking forward to more videos.

Did you print the pictures out glossy or matte? I downloaded them and I’m getting ready to order. I plan on using Modge Podge as well. Also I gave those olive leaf wreaths as part of my three favorite things for a Christmas party this week! Everyone thought I had spent way more than our $25 limit! I would have LOVED to get one of those wreaths as a gift so I'm sure it went over really well! Thanks very much for sharing. I think I printed mine glossy; if you're going to mod podge them it doesn't matter too much since that has a matte finish. Hope you love them!

The tree was from a thrift store outlet last year. We couldn't identify the exact brand. We think it was initially from Target but really aren't sure.

Thank you for the kind words. We follow Dave Ramsey's budgeting principles and set aside amounts for each category or spending. We definitely have a "thrift" category because we both love to secondhand shop. I also keep my eye out for things I could pick up while I'm there that might make easy sales on Facebook marketplace to recoup some money. Not always, but sometimes I grab something to sell and it pays me back for what I've bought for myself. ☺️

Thanks! I don't unfortunately. My husband actually found this tree at a thrift store outlet. It was new in the box, but you know how Christmas tree boxes typically aren't marked with that much information... We never figured out exactly which tree it was or where from!

Love your mantel and tree. I’m doing more of a natural woodland look this year and your mantel just looks perfect! Is the liquidation store still open and possibly still have some of the preserved olive wreaths? If so, can you link it or give their address?

I do have a link for the variegated one (the one I used on bottom on the mantel) although I bought mine last year as a warehouse open box deal so it costs about $20 more now :( But here it is! amzn.to/3spUgXw I do think that one is pretty realistic and nice looking although I wish it were a little cheaper for you.
