In such good condition it will be bought by the first to see it, especially at that price. Maintenance cost is likely to be the biggest deciding factor!

Great live aboard. For the money you could update to brand new engines and necessary equipment and have a beautiful yacht that would be like new. What an amazing price!
Great boat! Sometime you guys should talk about the cost of maintaining these beauts!! The boats themselves are mostly affordable for some but maintaining is a whole different story.
@@NautiStyles I'm sure they are talking about a generic cost of electricity, dock fees , typical oil and fuel filter changes you may not want to do yourself. Don't be short w/ your subscribers Jmo
WOW! She is amazing! I'm a big fan of the country kitchen. This would make a bachelor(ette) pad. The potential she has to gem is there. She just needs some TLC. Yall do a great job!!!
Hmmm... that's half the price of the 40' motor cat you folks were thinking of getting -- and that's the problem, isn't it? A lot of people could afford to buy an older big yacht like this, but they couldn't afford the running costs for staff, maintenance, fuel, etc. On the other hand, the people who can afford the running costs can also afford to drop several times more on the boat itself to get the more recent features and gadgets. This tragic catch-22 has left a lot of classy, well-designed older boats withering away unused in harbors around the world. Meanwhile, newer boats made with questionable craftsmanship and blatantly crappy, inefficient interior layouts are still selling for much more, only because they are late-model enough to have a fold-out beach club in the back. It isn't evil, and it isn't a conspiracy. It's just the ways of fashion, which in some ways bite much worse.
@@tem1939 Well, that always depends on how fast you push it. If you take it easy and let it chug along at 10 knots, you go far. At max speed you get a fraction. Still, just eyeballing the engine horsepower vs fuel tanks and the size & draft of it, I'd guess the long range is at least 3000 miles, enough to cross from New England to Britain with ease. I would want a more scientific calculation first before actually trying, but it might even do San Diego to Hawaii. One good thing about older boats is that, unlike cars, they get about as good in mileage as newer ones of the same hull type / engine power. Diesel engines haven't changed that much in the last 70 years. Also, they weren't expected to be gob-giant race boats so much in decades past, so a lot of them are actually set up to be more efficient.
@@NautiStyles The difficulty is that you have to pretty much buy them cash. It is still alot of boat for the money. The owner is really taking a haircut on this one.
hehhe, i like to watch this channel cos both of yours make a excelljent job, Rico at cameras filming for us step by step in a quiet and exact mode and Vicky with her nice and sweet style showing us the ships, great couple you are!!
Great video guys. I have been watching your channel for a while now. As I move towards retirement soon I can truly say that I have reconsidered my living options. I love this vessel and the real possibilities. Thanks for what you do.
I thought the Bertram 74' was a bargain, but this beauty is a steal. With a larger galley than some yachts in the 130 ft range, this Broward 98' is a serious bit of kit. The engine room is near superyacht capacity. The lounge/dining area was super. The divider was not an eyesore either thanks to a carving or two. That master stateroom was unreal as long as you don't mind an Asian design aesthetic. The kids room was pretty sparse comparted to the guest suite and master, but that will encouage them to get productive and find the money tree. The major downfall on the refurbishment is not adding to the flybridge cover or glassing in that area as well as finish the teak. However at this price you can't ask for more yacht for your money.
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.... Love the showers especially the Master bedroom and shower. The galley is gorgeous. Very spacious yacht. Although would have loved to know what type of work it needed engine room wise and co$t. It's really at the top of what I could purchase, would love to live aboard this yacht. What does the end tie cost monthly?
Love the country kitchen. Very cozy. The shower in the master was insane. Would have loved to been on board on the Florida to California trip. The Panama Canal would be cool.
That's a HUGE engine room for a vessel this size, and that master bedroom and shower is insane. Don't know about the open shower though. Most people prefer a bit more privacy when bathing but hey, to each their own.
What would be the annual fixed operating costs for a yacht like this? I love the classic lines, but would want to make sure the annual expenses aren't going to make a shorter, newer, yacht more feasible.
Sea lion says "hey this is my way of agreeing the exterior needs attention...!just trying to help here!!!" Love you guys this boat is stunningly done... Ding dang it wish I was rich!! Maybe next Lotto!!!✌🏻💗😊❣️
For that price, I would buy that cruiser in a heartbeat. So much boat for so little money. You can't beat that. Of course, that cloth bimini would have to go :)
Looking forward to this video. I love this style of yacht. Its that home from home feel, like you get with a trawler yachts like Nordhavn etc. I can't wait to see more of her, and her interior.
@@NautiStyles it is different and similar at same time. Both are well made. Both are ocean gonners. Both are live aboard. however, NH is more ocean crossing , long ranger and fuel efficiency. Both can take bad weather well. This is more caribbean boat.
Tons of potential, and for the price, it's worth it. But just from this glance, I'm looking at at 2 years and several hundred thousand before she's ready. I love the classic lines too.
Your hair looks great! And nice to hear Rico a bit, always wonder his thoughts as he seems as interested as you , and your back and forth really complement each other
A well price yacht with items that need attention but cosmetic. Engines with 500 hours since rebuild priceless. A couple would want to refurbish to their taste with a limited cost. $600,000 provides a mobile home with the best views in the world.

The site is great . Natural and fresh.
Honest and endearing !
Polish ,like patina shows naturally in its time .
The only thing harder than picking a yacht is picking a partner .
Congrats to both of you . It shows in the videos .
I love how you glance back at rico as you tour together ,
Never blasting ahead , imploring your man servant to keep up .
While he records you during the tour, he is respectfull and classy .
I love your emoji responses to the male pet comments
You could easily teach a course on how to properly flirt with women.
It's obvious there are many that need the skill .
Love your Nauti style .
Much success to both of you.
Thanks ,peter
haha! Thanks Peter, that's very kind! We are really grateful to gain such cool subs as yourself! Thank you for you awesome comments!
You do a great showing of these yachts, you and your hubby are so down to earth
In such good condition it will be bought by the first to see it, especially at that price. Maintenance cost is likely to be the biggest deciding factor!
I loved watching this classic video. Y’all have come so far with your business. Entrepreneurship at its best. Awesome! Love your work and cannot wait to see your new Bering. 😊
That's a 30 meter Superyacht in very very good shape for less than an average 2 to 3 bedroom condo at "Marina del Rey" ... WOW
YEP!
And, 3 times the annual maintanence cost...200K a year for power alone...Hint: Marinas charge just a little lower than it would cost to run your generators...That boat costs.around 150K annually to do.anything but sit in a graveyard...
I enjoy every video I've seen from the two of you put this together ship to ship. I'm 52 young at that and am. now starting my 3rd year in boating as a private chef and a deckhand.. I'm also learning how to be an engineer and everything I watch you tour and how you explain it is great. Perhaps a little more spec in depth would be good, but I'm still learning as I consider. as I consider myself a rookie. Thank you and safe passage to all of you. Please keep recording and sharing with me. my. three daughters love this too. Steve
That was quite a nice yacht. Yes I could see through to the potential. It really is a lot of boat for the price
👌🏻👌🏻🙌🏻
Please in future include in the Specs The Hull and Super Structure Building materials. Steel, Aluminium, Fibreglass, Wood Etc.

I feel like i would be hitting my head alot inside there (6'5). It looks amazing though definitely love how they redone it.
Victoria is really a Doll and a 100% Feminine Lady....She makes all their tours a joy to watch...and this video makes me want to own this .....maybe time to retire to life on the water..(but not in California)....
Definitely an old school yacht . Great to see the evolution in 35 years . No over the top design here .
Right on!
What's 2020 less 1998???
Led light light
Great live aboard. For the money you could update to brand new engines and necessary equipment and have a beautiful yacht that would be like new. What an amazing price!
Pretty unique. A pole in the shower would add a lot. That monster with the chopper is amazing.
We agree! on all of that! lol
I just want to live in that engine room! And the use of light diffusers throughout were genius. And ... those ARE exhibitionist showers 🥸
Great boat! Sometime you guys should talk about the cost of maintaining these beauts!! The boats themselves are mostly affordable for some but maintaining is a whole different story.
If you can afford the boat you can afford the maintenance 😜
@@NautiStyles I'm sure they are talking about a generic cost of electricity, dock fees , typical oil and fuel filter changes you may not want to do yourself.

It's just the ways of fashion, which in some ways bite much worse.
all great points, but luckily people still buy and sell older yachts everyday... it’s just depends on your intended application
And diesel fuel at $2.41/gal it would take $13,000 to fill the tank. Wonder what the range on that is.
Even if it never left the Marina, it would make a great house.
hehhe, i like to watch this channel cos both of yours make a excelljent job, Rico at cameras filming for us step by step in a quiet and exact mode and Vicky with her nice and sweet style showing us the ships, great couple you are!!
An incredible live aboard and the tour was great!
This is a ship!,and a great buy! Lot of boat for the buck. You have a lovely Tour Guide Sir
Great video guys. I have been watching your channel for a while now. As I move towards retirement soon I can truly say that I have reconsidered my living options. I love this vessel and the real possibilities. Thanks for what you do.
thank you so much for watching and glad you are making awesome retirement plans 👌🏻
The glass windows looking into the showers from the bedrooms is an interesting choice.
This the most beautiful ship you have shown. Thanks for this post!
Love the refit, lot of bang for your buck! I'm curious what are the docking fees for a boat this size?
Shower Pole sounds like a great idea to me...very Nauti.
Very nice. You two are great, I enjoy watching your tours. Stay safe and have fun!
Michael
I love this style of yacht. A real ship feel plus It’s only about 5 years of salary 😀
🙌🏻🙈😜
I have the $$$ in my couch cushions. Might be time to move up from 28 foot Tollycraft Voyager.
Keep looking back at this walk round and one thing stands out LOVE THE KITCHEN would buy just for this
yeay, that galley was very cool
Would you like a pole in it too? I busted out laughing thank you for making my day!!!!
Wow!!! look whats under the sink! drawers!! Who would have imagined that?
Doesn't happen often on boats. Grow up smartalleck
Hi, loved the boat... a lot of potential... my wife loved your outfit....
Thanks so much! oooow pls say hi to your stylish wifey from me:)
Watching Nautistyles vids definitely makes me wanna live the yacht life.
I like the showers too. My thought is the yacht should come with a box of squeegees.
This is the best yacht value for money and so big and spacious....bravo
Hi, love your videos!! What would be the monthly/yearly maintenance on the boat if kept in this same location??
Love the country kitchen. Very cozy. The shower in the master was insane. Would have loved to been on board on the Florida to California trip. The Panama Canal would be cool.
Beautiful boat well done, some of the décor was a bit gaudy such as the Zebra room. All and all it is a great deal with some upgrades.
Excluding fuel and insurance, maybe 40 to 60k a year depending on how much you use her.
Sea lion says "hey this is my way of agreeing the exterior needs attention...!just trying to help here!!!"
Love you guys this boat is stunningly done... Ding dang it wish I was rich!! Maybe next Lotto!!!✌🏻💗😊❣️
That’s a heck of a bargain!
well, it will need some funds but yes!
For that price, I would buy that cruiser in a heartbeat. So much boat for so little money. You can't beat that. Of course, that cloth bimini would have to go :)
Wow, the things I imagine going on in that shower...
I like the kitchen and dining room. I love the frig. The kitchen is wonderful.
Looking forward to this video. I love this style of yacht. Its that home from home feel, like you get with a trawler yachts like Nordhavn etc. I can't wait to see more of her, and her interior.
It’s definitely very different from Nordhavn, but super unique
I do like more of the "homey" style boats instead of the tiny homes/short haul pleasure boats.
Zz Man heeey, be nice to my boat 😜😂
@@NautiStyles it is different and similar at same time. Both are well made. Both are ocean gonners. Both are live aboard. however, NH is more ocean crossing , long ranger and fuel efficiency. Both can take bad weather well. This is more caribbean boat.
Very unique layout that is tastefully appointed. Thanks for the tour.
Yay! This one actually had an ashtray! 🤣
Tons of potential, and for the price, it's worth it. But just from this glance, I'm looking at at 2 years and several hundred thousand before she's ready. I love the classic lines too.
fair enough 👌🏻🙌🏻
That's an amazing price. I'll get it with my next stimulus check.
Right on! lol
Victoria and Rico só apresentam coisas boas!
Your hair looks great! And nice to hear Rico a bit, always wonder his thoughts as he seems as interested as you
, and your back and forth really complement each other
Thank you so much! really glad you enjoyed it
That master is very interesting, very expressive and a free lifestyle design.
I see you there can't wait 🙂🙂😂
Yes, see you tomorrow!
A well price yacht with items that need attention but cosmetic. Engines with 500 hours since rebuild priceless. A couple would want to refurbish to their taste with a limited cost. $600,000 provides a mobile home with the best views in the world.
