From a game standpoint you dont need to scrub the floor in the sam part - the game just checks if the mouse moves in and our the bucket so many times if you just swipe your mouse over the bucket again and again it could save some time.
Also technically playing with steam logged out would technically be faster as it would skip the "who would you rather kill" and "can you trust" questions
