100% agree with the statement on the putter! I always was a terrible putter and kept switching out putters every year because I couldn't find one I liked. Switched to an Evnroll putter with a breakthrough technology shaft in it and have started putting way better. Basically told myself if I spent the money on a good putter I wouldn't be able to switch it out and have started trusting the club and it made a huge difference!

Love the video as usual! I'm always curious to see what balls, gloves, and tees people use. Also the golf towel. What's your method? Are you a 2-towel guy? One big towel? Wet vs dry? Do you carry your towel to the green to clean your ball? So many people have so many different methods. I'm fascinated by all of the little details and habits within a round of golf.
You really got me thinking with this one. I don't love my putter. I have an older model Odyssey blade style putter and I do okay, but I do not love it - and I want to love it. I'm not even sure how to select a putter. Maybe you could do a video on picking a putter. Would be interested in your advice. I want to love my putter man !!! Oh but not break the bank at the same time.
Get a putter fitting from Club Champion or similar place with a putting camera system. They'll help you figure out toe hang or face balanced putters. Then you can look at alignment markings, feel and grip.
I think the fans are usually on courses that have bentgrass greens. Not usually bremuda. Cause bent gets roughed up in the heat. That's why bent greens are usually only good for 20ish years in the south. Bremuda handles the heat. And can't survive frost so if they are bremuda greens they will cover them if there is going to be a frost.
I haven’t found a putter I love atm 😂 But I do own 2 new 1’s and an older 1 that I’ve had for around 7 years that I’ll keep as back up if i continue to not have great success on the greens 😂 Love your work 👍

Great bag and run through buddy. I have the U505 with the same shaft in a 3 iron and love it. 5 wood to be my next purchase. And totally agree on the putter, find one you love that treats you well and never let her go :)
Vessel and Stitch make fantastic bags, imo. I’m a Stitch guy myself and it was a toss up between these two when I was looking last year. No complaints yet! 🙌🏾
Dumb question, I’m dealing with some nerve damage from a car accident/ neck injury. Would switching to a graphite shaft be a little more forgiving on the arm and neck?
If that was my home course, I would have a low/tour bounce grind on my lob wedge to play out of that hardpan. I have sixteen clubs - I rotate 18-degree hybrid or 18-degree 5wood depending on the course/wind at the top end, and low or mid bounce lob wedge if the sand is hard or normal.
I watch you so often that you are on my home page BUT... i didn't realize i wasnt subscribed! Fixed it! Anyhow, this is the best witb ever, seriously, hands down. Loved watching holes being played in between clubs. I also hate pro's witb like "hi, i'm (name) with Taylormade and this is my TM driver and this is TM wood all of which are custom fit..." zzzzzzzz. I feel you on the putter marriage though :)
love your irons, but why not the T200 Utility? it would be closer to your irons in looks and feel. I did not like the bulky offset and looks of the 505
What do you do with your old clubs? I've never been able to afford the newer clubs and my bag has always been a mish-mash of old clubs. Is there a good place to get second hand gear (besides the obvious ebay/ thrift stores) Thanks!
I watched your video with a lot of interest. I recently cancelled an order for Callaway Rougue ST irons left handed due to stock availability. Being a leftie makes it difficult to find clubs to walk out of store with. I like to keep my clubs uniform, i.e same manufacturer and model. I know that this may not always give the best option based on ability / handicap however it may be something to consider given the availability at present.

I am a fellow lefty and I feel your pain. Fortunately I'm cheap so I don't upgrade very often but when it's time it's usually a pain.
