How does the overall unit feel? I just ordered one but every other review I saw was a paid review. Hopefully it holds up to the rain and off-road terrain I ride

It depends on which mount you have bought. If it is the BMW Mount - it isn't great. ruclips.net/video/QAhRK_QbOe0/видео.html

@@SMARTRIDINGGADGETS i bought the 7 inch carouride and I bought a genuine ram mount for my cross bar. I just hope the unit itself works well. Time will tell how it lasts I guess

I noticed connecting this way the graphic eq and audio volume don’t work. So volume is adjusted via my Sena 30K or phone.

Yes that is generally the best way to do it. It is easier to change volume on teh move with the comms unit.
