She really needs rehab and thorough counselling. She is still grieving her late baby. You can tell that when she lost her baby she did not get any support, all she got from that family and the community was blame and shaming. She may be wrong but that was not her intention to harm the baby.

I feel so sad for the young child separated from her other sister.Hope she wont feel like asarudzwa, from having a bit of a stable household nana 'gogo' to being the only one staying naa mhamha when she hasnt fully recovered.I understand hangu hapana zvavaikwanisa kuita hama dzemurume but, yeah, kids wont understand and might feel segregated or traumatized by this as well

She now presents with long term effects of drug use such as slurred speech resulting from delayed brain function. This is rather sad considering it is drug induced. I am very worried about the long term effect of drug use coupled by a poor economy. Our country's future is in serious trouble.....
