  • KoboToolbox allows you to give different levels of access to different users by setting flexible permission levels within each project. While most users may only need to manage a single account to access, enter and review data for a given project, sometimes more complex scenarios require multiple users with different levels of access.
For example, you can share a project with some users and only allow them to submit data to the project through their account, and adjust the settings such that others can only view or edit the submitted data.

      Hi @moha5085
Thanks for reaching out go usetech
We are happy that you asked a very important qtn
Now before you reach on the sharing part
      1. You need to create an account on kobotoolbox, so u need to have a username and then password
      2. To share a project you need to have the kobotoolbox usernames of the people or NGOs you want to share too
Then if you have them ur good to go
      For more qtns and guidance
      Please WhatsApp me at +256779113920
      Or email usetech.go@gmail.com
      Thanks regards
      Jonathan.

@@nabasajonathan9028 For example, I am the owner, my username is gousetech and my password is 1234. I have created a username for someone else, Jonathan, and his password is the same 1234, and his permissions are only view. Also, if he uses kobocollect or ODK, he has to take your username from ODK and then get full access to your account.

Hi @Xayasiis Online Digital Marketing once you give jonathan access to your project, he can only login using his own details (username and password)
the moment you click share, then jonathan only has access to the only project you have shared with him (nothing else)
if you still don't get it please click on this link to schedule a meeting right now, i explain to you practically calendly.com/gousetech/45min
