Rapper have the biggest but yet most inflated egos. Instead of having logical responses they just respond with “I have more money” “yall broke” lmao
Whenever someone responds like that it immediately proves they are wrong cuz like how is that even relevant?! You could be rich and dumb af with no talent lol
Yup they all say that
They consider money=success=superiority, but what they don't understand is you can be a successful clown, yeah you might have sold alot but is that a good thing when people bought your album to laugh at?
Only rappers with generic club songs.
@@reaper.-._.-._.-._.-.Money= success = superiority is true
Anyone that says Drake is a better rapper than 2Pac OR Biggie automatically disqualifies themselves to partake in Hip-Hop in general.
Who fucking cares tho, people have opinions you might not agree with. Do you
@@Matty-738any rapper who has his poetry written by someone else is disqualified as a poet and that is what rappers are poets. Do yes if u back Drake to be the best rapper(poet) over rappers(poets) who would rather quit music than have someone write a whole song for them.

The man put out a fake Tame Impala album and proceeded to shit on hiphop, then continues to make the most generic/NPC music for his label and Drake. On top of that, his weird loyalty to Drake throughout the Kendrick/Drake beef was so offputting

I blame all y’all y’all the ones that made him think he was a factor in music. He is literally the poster child for the worst rappers of the 2000 and tens.
It’s unfortunate, I think he did become a good rapper after some time. Like there’s many songs where he’s genuinely rapping his ass off. So yes his support and fan base grew based of MUSIC, but the personality his character…. That’s the problem and that’s where we messed up we didn’t see it earlier or care enough. @@caladanrude6395It was cuz drake had career ending dirt on kendrick (wife beating allegations). That’s why he was so confident, he thought that he would shut kendrick up with that alone. And while Drake is a great rapper, he forgot Kendrick was a legitimate top 5 rapper all time
Yatchy thinks he’s so unique for picking the weakest shit off a high end rack
Only thing I’ll never get over is that he has the horrible takes of a pretentious 16 year old who listened to “music nerd essentials” and thinks he knows everything about music. It’s like he discovered fire and is bragging about it despite everyone knowing what it is already lol.
Other than that, I’m surprised he made it this far. Him being able to write for others and produce music for them sometimes comes out nice. He “creative directs” some artists well, too. The music is just hit or miss most of the time, sadly. He’s talented when he wants to be.
He's an enigma. And in all honesty, he's a lot stronger and more resilient than he even realizes. It's bad enough being bullied in high school or on the block as a teen. This man was bullied by the entire world and still became a millionaire and lived through it all.
Yeah, it’s ok for him to admit that he is there for the lifestyle & 💵
@@yingkouzen that's why they all do it. Lil Baby and even 50 Cent got into it as a hustle. I've never been a fan of the moral arguments because Hip Hop as a whole does more harm than good. Although I agree, what budden said is such an oldhead opinion.
I dont listen to Lil Yachty. But this video has made me respect him more. Kudos to him for being authentic to himself and still staying relevant for so long.
The Joe Budden/Lil Yachty back and forth is just all time man.
That podcast stuff he did to his friend on camera was lame af.
Lil boat’s episode of “the cave” with kenny beats just shows how shitty he is
The problem with Yachty is he originally never took music serious and that was when he had a likable personality, just dropping for the fans, but now he drops music expecting no criticism, having a business man attitude instead of focusing on just dropping and depending on other artists to make a buzz in the mainstream world (Drake, Concrete Boyz, ian etc)
Thing is yachty is actually fantastic now, and was pretty average before. His new Music 100% desveres praise. His behavior is completely ruining it for him though
I thought dude was a cornball but after watching this video I realize he's the whole cornfield 🌽🌽😬
The difference between drake and yachty saying they rich and flaunting money is that drake is actually rich and actually makes more than your favorite rapper, can't say that for yachty
Rappers like him were never as big as they seemed they were pushed on people by their labels
If a rapper is getting big it's because they have a fan base that DOES listen to their music and enjoy it. Just because YOU don't like them or listen to them or your friends don't listen to them doesn't mean they are not big or popular. This idea that people only get popular because their label pushes them on people is ridiculous. Personally Yachty's music is not my cup of tea but it's obvious he was pretty big and not just because his label pushed him. Even someone like Ice Spice as much as I can't stand her has a fanbase and that's how she got big, not just because of her label. This take is just ignorant.
I’m surprised Yachty managed to stay relevant for so long. In all honesty, his association with Drake is a reason to why he’s stayed relevant longer than expected.
i think it's his change of style clothes and as an artist.
