Fun fact: Michael's fins are swim training fins, typically used to improve swimming technique/endurance, which is why they are smaller and have a hole at the heel. Not typically used for snorkeling.

he has to use small ones because he is todler sized.
Basically none of his gear was optimal for spearfishing😅 besides the gloves and mask/snorkel. Who ever he bought his stuff from has no idea what they’re talking about
This feels a bit nostalgic and retro to the older OTV vids when they went out and tried stuff like skydiving or archery. The main channel is mostly about the feature-length productions now, so it's nice to see this more casual vlog-like content here.
i like the new stuff too but i was thinking the same thing, its nice.
SAME i love both but i love the real-esque quality of these kinds of videos sm- which is not to say those aren't real, but it's just that this seems more like a couple of people just having fun
i kind of missed the scuffed otv videos that felt like a bunch of friends just doing hanging out together

i always forget that those lobsters are just kinda spiky whereas the ones i'm used to have the two big claws so half the time i was wondering if they were just gonna scoop up these guys with fingerbreaking claws using nothing but gloves
I dive in california and saw a dude on the spearfishing forums who lost a finger because one of these lobsters bit it off. They dont have claws, but they do have an insane bite.

cool that you went lobster diving!! i do it out here in massachusettes where you need to go scuba diving for lobsters since they live in deeper rock reefs and hide in low vis water, its really fun as long as they dont pinch you though.
