- Watch this short video for an easy to understand description of some of the most common oxygen delivery devices you will see in the clinical setting and on your exams. I discuss the uses for and classifications of nasal cannulas, simple face masks, Venturi masks, and non-rebreathers.
This video explained the concepts clearly and succinctly. Good work!
i love how you explained it in a simple way! thank you! yes, this video is very helpful!
Great videos! It's very easy to understand, please continue doing it!

Im in school for Respiratory therapy. Thanks for breaking the reasoning behind the masks.
Great video thank you!!
This has no business being so hard to find. This is something that should be found on every page on the internet. I shouldn't be forced to watch a youtube video to find what I need. I just want to know when to use each device and at what oxygen sats.

Thank you!
More than helpful and detailed

Thanks so much, you saved my ass !
@Jason Makai glad I could help :D
so with the high flow tube would you allow the o2 sat to be above 92%?
ok..so COPD should not have a HFNC, ever? I see it all the time and that is where my above question stems from
thank you mam this was really informative...just straight to point..😊
website doesnt work. Comes up as compromised.
better do demonstration and show me the type of mask. you keep it simple and i appreciate your teaching.
Thank you, I will. We appreciate the kind words!
So nasal cannula does.not help with co2.removal
tried to go on the website for the graphic and couldn't find the website :c
Hi Kayla - we will be rolling out a new website soon and all the content will be on there :)
Correction regarding your HFNC comment:
PEEP helps with oxygenation, NOT ventilation. Thus, it does not help with COPD (ventilation problem)
The concept of the Venturi masks was not explained quite precise. It's true that the different colour is guide for the percentage of oxygen that Venturi mask deliver. But each Venturi cannula delivers the percentage written on it at certain flow. That's why there is different flow rates. I think you could've explained that better...
Better do demonstration and show the type of mask rather than giving lengthy talks.👍👍🇮🇳🙏
