The watch strap is horrendous. What did you change yours for? I got one for my bday 2 weeks ago not sure what strap to use... Maybe a Milanese mesh bracelet?
A nice piece to add to my open heart Blue Moon and Hōjō. Presage gets a lot of flak for the movement and use of hardlex, but the dials are just stunning.
@@beyond36horology I'm not an ekspert in movement in any way I just have a steinhart ovm 39 that has an eta movement. It has only lost 10 sec in 4 weeks! . a 500 dollars watch! It's hard to beat for any watch. Generally I don't mind automatic watches losing or gaining 5-7 sec pr day. 20-30 sec pr day is no go for me. Has anybody actually measured the seiko movement? That's what I wanna know.
Love at first sight. Just bought ony myself. Such a great dial. Thanks for the review.
I also think of buyung it

Thanks for sharing this.
Famous last words: I'm not buying any more watches this year
Nice piece, the combination of gold and green is very nice
To be fair, I wasn't even looking for this watched when I went to the shop!
@@beyond36horology XD
Normally I'm bored by the preamble but you're quite an entertainer 🙂
Thanks and glad you enjoyed.
Congratulations on the new piece
Nice, i got the limited edition old fatitioned version...gold with brown
Very nice. I may have to pick one up. I just added a Seiko SSA409J1 to my collection a few days ago. Eh, what's one more watch. Lol.
It is a collectible for sure
I love it!
Yes the dial is stunning and the size is great for all wrists but nobody is talking about the movement. How good is it compared to eta 2824?
I'm not well versed with calibres. Would you like to offer your opinion here?

@@kbh2200 +4 sec per day.
@@kbh2200I have another Presage with the same 4R35 movement. It loses about one second per day. Not too shabby.
Eta 2824 is much better
Honestly I prefer presage cocktail series for it design, but 40,5mm is too big for my small wrist.
38.5mm Mojito just fit my wrist.
Then this will be a good choice for you.
Is the hardlex in this watch bothering you??
Doesn't bother me as it is after all a dress watch and I should be behaving accordingly
Hi,can you tell me which movement used in it?
4r35B
Just got this yesterday..
awesome piece, but the strap is an absolute garbage
Yes. Seiko straps are just after Orient straps.
It's a stitched calfskin leather strap, it's not as bad as you suggest
Hardlex for $600!
Why not?
1.25 playback is suggested.
Strap seems very cheap.case and dial are classy.
too many Thee(s) than The(s), thanks for the video nonetheless.
Thanks for pointing this out. I default to thee when I do the videos without reading off a script.
@@beyond36horology ✌👍👍👍👍
if selling it do telll....
More than 2 minutes till you see the watch.
Thats why its called an unboxing
not so thin.. nothing to compare at Hamilton or Longines
This is thinner than the cocktail time with the power reserve
