Dr. Ben I have been getting good results from a different video of Crickets until a couple of days ago. Specially my L ear , now hearing tinnitus at higher pitch. Almost painful and this soothing video found me. So relieved that my tinnitus has returned to previous frequency. It's scary 😨

I'm sorry to hear this sound therapy did not have a positive effect on your tinnitus. There are so many different options for sound therapy for tinnitus: pink noise, crickets, rain , waterfall, ocean waves, frogs, etc. Typically, the pitch of the sound therapy does not have to have any correlation with the pitch of your tinnitus to be beneficial. The best sound therapy is one that you find calming/relaxing; sound therapy is not one size fits all. Explore other sounds until you find one that resonates with you.
How does sound therapy actually work on tinnitus? How long should you listen to these types of recordings to see a result?

This sound to me is extremely annoying. Try brown and pink noise mixed.
