I was crying no I am crying because I have the same story the only difference is I don't have anyone no one. No friend that can help me. My mother is just like her. Everyday shouting and yelling at me to study study and just study nothing else. She again shouted at me now and it feels like I couldn't take it anymore. It feels like I don't have strength. I am all alone with no one I can share my story. I AM TIRED TOO!!!

Same but is not nit really results is half half, for me is about my mum not letting me go out with friend becuse she dont trust them,not letting me go to friend house becaue she dont know who are they,not letting my friend jion/combine tuition cause she want face,and more,and im going through friendship problems and i can only share with one of friend,which i trust the most,if you are from sg you know what is cca ,im in a uniform group and we have cca leaders i will be on next year and my batchmates hate me but some of my junior are help me stay strong,i tell me mum think she will understand but she say they hate you becuse your result are so poor and they are taking advantage to my i dont know why is result so important, isnt cca ,cca,class results, just results is two different thing why must she see it as one thing

ohmygod i totally understand her. 😭 my parents used to be like this until there was this one exam where parents can go and observe their children. i had severe panic attacks and broke down during the exam. my parents was shocked but the fact that the teachers say it always happen makes them even more shock. 😌😭
the only reason ive ever been in detention was for punctuality. my story would have just been "my alarm spoil, 我今天迟到了。" hais

Although those teen age was long behing me, but I always remember how hard to go through it.
Indeed there's a lot of tears but it also has a lot of laughter.
To every young people out there, be strong & enjoy your youth, because it'll never coming back.
Cai yi is me. I’m TOP 1 for three years. But it was my choice. My Mother used to sent me to tuition for every single subjects in primary school. However, I did not get TOP 1 at all. I went to one of the worse secondary school and I quarrel with my Mother. I told her I will get TOP 1 without any single tuition. And Yeap, I work hard and force myself to study every single day like I did not even go out and socialise. I don’t regret because no one forced me. It was I who made the promise. I could just take 8 tuitions for all my 8 subjects but I chose not to. I just wanna say, make your own decision and stick to it.

I can relate so much.... My parents are both the same like her mother. And I have cried a lot and was number one all the time at school but now at university I am not even number 10. And my dad especially makes my life a real horror. I wish I had normal parents who love me even if I fail.... especially when I fail 😢

Its okay to waste your childhood as long as you secure your future. I enjoyed my childhood... I had so much fun, however, I neglected my studies and in the end I never went to university cause none would accept me. Now I work as a janitor and I can guarantee you its not fun. So, unless you want to live on the bottom of society then I suggest you take your studies seriously.
P.s. before I get any hate comments, I am well aware that there are some people who either dropped or never went to uni and became very successfull but honestly... how many people actually achieve this? Maybe... 1 in 1,000,000? Don't take your studies for granted unless you want to be like me
