Most markets are owner occupiers who control demand/prices going up in Oz. I don’t think there are actually that many investors especially with costs of owning going up significantly. Interesting approach to student accomodation I wonder what the long term stats are (cashflow vs growth)

referring to people as lemons to squeeze is truly disgusting. This is the ethical and mind decay the australian property market does to people

The ANZ is keeping 3% buffer. We need a massive audit of individuals total mortgage portfolio by APRA. Focus on 30% of investors who have 2-10+ properties. Chase these f ers down before they crash Banking system and probably some of the superannuation pool.

Its actually arrogance. Investors forget they are becoming rich at taxpayer funded incentives and encouraging speculation on gullible people to buy their overinflated properties.
Hopefully an economic catastrophe will end it all for them.

Holy hell. His examples are scamming a retiree of 50k off their houses market value and subletting rooms to uni students to boost returns. First is unethical, imagine an agent undervaluing a property to sell to a mate with a private offer and the latter is bordering illegal as it is functioning as a boarding house which is a commercial property not a residential one.

Buyers agents seems like another middle man asking for a share. You want to limit the amount of middle men as possible.
