I picked this fig up earlier today and noticed my base head sculpt has side eye while all the box art shows the base sculpt to look straight on. I watched a more recent review of this fig and it had side eye too. Now I see this and yours looks straight on.
That's the new version of the figure, since 10 months to up Neca used the side eye and digital paint on the face This figure is from a year and use normal paint and have the straight eyes

My hero Ash also can't correctly hold his boomstick due to the trigger finger being molded into his hand. Weird.

The only turn off of all of the Ash figures (for me at least) was the face.
