@@kevintewey1157 generally not noisy neighbors in upscale communities in the U.S.. Not that I am advocating living in the States. I much prefer cool weather such as anywhere on the West Coast of the U.S. to that tropical sauna.

Thanks. Unfortunately I couldn’t live like that because of the noise of the too close neighbors such as roosters, incessantly barking dogs and loud music. Also if they burning trash, then the smoke. I have much experience with tropical cultures, such as the Philippines.
we understand some can adjust to other environments then others, Nicaragua is much different than Philippines
@@nicaraguabienesraices indeed, I just wanted viewers to understand that what looks like paradise in a video may actually be not that pleasant for some people. Sometimes when I watch videos of the gorgeous Philippines where I lived for half of my 57 years up until 2020, I sometimes forget all the reasons I would never live there again, such as the noise, the inefficiencies (manana culture which of course all of central America has), the mosquitoes, the endemic diseases such as dengue, malaria, tuberculosis (which I all caught and destroyed my health) and the sultry tropical climate. I do a lot of outdoor sports such as jogging, sprinting, basketball, etc, which is highly unpleasant in tropical climates. Also we Anglos unlike the native inhabitants, have metabolisms which are not designed for tropical climates. We need brown fat produced by cold climates to have a healthy endocrine system and liver. We exhibit cold extremities (e.g. hands, feet, ears, nose) in cold weather, whereas genetics from the tropics excrete heat from their extremities.

@@kevintewey1157 Climate in San Diego is nearly perfect. Correct that the U.S. is now overpriced. Actually the best I have found thus far is Medellin, Colombia. Absolutely the best value and perfect climate.
