Keep at it. Everything is a bonus after a new hip. Push ups at home. Then practice ’pop ups’. Then hit the ocean on clean small days with a wider flatter board. If you live in Melbourne put your stand up in nearest beach or river often too. Most of all enjoy the journey 🤙🏼
Thanks Jason, yeah definitely need to get my fitness back that’s for sure. Unfortunately not having a good run with my health, I’m going to have an operation on my left ear for the common problem surfers have (Surfers Ear). Hopefully that won’t put me out of action for too long. 😊

Keep trying fella lots of swimming & jogging one step at a time try a long board too make it easier .
