    This workout BURNED ME 😮😱😰😣.
    Oh yeah definitely taking this krav maga and make it part of me. First time i tried and done it ,got me winded but i will get better along way as long i am consistent. It is very hard to keep up while giving it your all.

    I just did it. I paused for 10 sec between each set by asthma but I'm feeling very accomplished. (And sweaty) haha. Thank you very much for this video!!

    Training daily or weekly 2,3 days is best

    with side hammer fist, down hammer fist, what part of the body are you striking on your opponent?

      Side hammer fist is usually to the high line, such as the temple, neck, or nose. Down hammer fist is good if your opponent is already double-over, perhaps after a knee or groin kick, and the down hammer can go to the back of the head.

      +illusionzfg I plan on doing a 15 minute krav maga workout with a training bag (like a tombstone/mitt) within the next few weeks. Then, we will start releasing a new 30 minute complete krav maga class every month starting in February.

      Just got my black belt in jujitsu and started looking for Krav Maga workouts when I found this. Great video and I enjoyed the workouts in a very unpleasant way. Keep up the good work and I hope you post more Krav Maga.
