No one gives the cylinder de-activation and adaptive cruise control the credit it derserves.
I have a 2017 charger rt. The passenger and driver door panel started to raise on top next to the windows but got them replaced for $150 thanks to Mopar HQ 🙂 rather then the $2,000 dodge dealership asked for. I've had it for 6 months now and put a lot of miles to due traveling and work but its relaxing to sit in when traveling far. 😎😎😎
Just my opinion, but there is way to much grey here. Grey exterior, grey looking wheels, grey interior. I would probably be depressed just owning the thing lol. I love chargers, but I would have to get something with a decent color variety if I ever got one, or any car for that matter.

I've driven both V6 and Hemi versions of the Charger and I love the R/T. I took it on a long trip and got 27 mpg. The seats were very comfortable for the long drive. The UConnect system is easy to use. I also like the configurable display. My favorite part of that is you can set it up to show what gear the AT is in. Sure it's not the plushest vehicle but I don't care for plush.
I drove one of these for a week last week because a guy totaled my Malibu and this is what his insurance company put me in while they did the estimate. I disagree with your assessment about the seats. I found the firm seats to be comfortable to sit in compared to those in my Malibu. I'm a little baffled by your assessment when considering most quality performance cars with quality orthopedic seating usually have firm seats and good wrap around support, which I found this charger to have. However, I do agree with you about the fuel mileage. While this thing does drink fuel, it's not that bad considering the size and power of the motor. I drove this thing 92 miles round trip to work daily and it wasn't that bad.
I like the interior, I fucking hate cars where the dashboard looks like a goddamn 747 cockpit with so many buttons it's a hazard just to use the radio while you drive.
Just go with the V8 because in mixed driving the fuel economy difference is so little between the V6 and the V8 but the acceleration and exhaust are worlds apart
But for maintenance its different the amount of oil the engine requires. You'll still save more on v6. I have a 4.3 v6 Silverado 6 qt of oil and done. 5.3 v8 requires 8 qt.
I think one of the best looking muscle cars is the charger hellcat all the other chargers dont look as good. I really like the charger hellcat even more than the chalkenger hellcat

I don't get to see the back of them while they're sitting still to often. I normally get a glimpse when I'm passing them. Yeah I'm talking trash because the people that have them think they're in a scat pack or a hell cat until you're leaving them.

Ryan Hobbs For full tank about $45 more or less depending on what octane your using and where you live. It burns gas fast only in city driving. I get 32 MPG highway and have an MPG average of 26 but I do a lot of highway driving
I drove a 16 RT for 750 miles. No chance of 25mpg. I babied it at 75-80 mph across flat Kansas and coasted down every hill and got 21.5 mpg. Its a family car with 375 hp. I liked the seats and room. Hated the exhaust. I measured it at 50 db drone noise at cruising speed.

The 5.7 is really 410hp @ 411ft lbs of torque. Dodge post the lower horsepower for lower insurance and gas tax.
