This is not a family coaster. It’s fast, unpredictable and thrilling. Phantasialand is the master for making the best use of small spaces. The turns are sharp and thd helixes are very tight
The kids seemed to be loving it as much as the adults when we were there 😁
Was this built the same year as Chiapas? Alot of amazing interaction!
@@williambernstein4313 it was built like 15 years before chiapas
I think I need to put Phantasialand on my bucket list. This park looks amazing.
It is 😁
It's a great little park that packs in a lot. Well worth it.
@@sparkyUK Agree 🙂
Just can’t go wrong with a well themed and thrilling mine train attraction. A true classic.
Agree 🙂
This coaster is fairly long. Looks like a fun family coaster with some good forces.
It's amazing, we love it. It's extremely smooth, has some nice forces and a few pops of airtime 🙂
You should be small otherwise you will get back and knee pain 😂
@@CavHDeu Plenty of room in these trains. No pain at all 😁
@@XtremeCoasters then I'm too old for this 😂 but its definitely the best mine train on this planet.
It is very forceful for a family coaster, I could imagine some children going on this with parents and really not liking it.
Probably the best back-seat POV of this ride my dude!
Thanks :)
He captured the 'hair'-time moments perfectly.
@@pilroberts6185 😂
Thats one long Coaster.. looks amazing.. Great video guys... Thanks.
Thank you for watching 🙂
4,199 ft - 1,280 m
That looked really fun thanks ❤️😊
It's one of our favourites in the park 🙂
Michael Jackson roller coaster
The one and only ❤️
I'm lost. What do you mean, Michael Jackson Rollercoaster?
@@kevinhanson6106 He rode this
@@kevinhanson6106 From its opening to 2013 it was named "The Michael Jackson thrill ride" due to Michael Jackson having a ride on it shortly after it's inauguration party back in 1996.
*phantasialand lädt die abmahnungskanone*
Great PoV, thanks! That's even after 27 years one of the best mine train Coaster in the world. Maybe still the best.
Totally agree!
My number 1 bucket list amusement park period!!!
It's a beautiful park 🙂
After 10 years without rollercoasters this was my first ride in Phantasialand 3 weeks ago. Maybe Im old but I thought this was quite an exciting ride sitting in the back. In my memories it was way slower 😁I was more afraid of this than of Black Mamba (which was also nice!)
It feels far from slow, and definitely feels much faster than it actually is when riding.
Wow! That one just went on and on! Gotta get there! Thanks!
It's a great coaster and a stunning park. Thanks for watching 🙂
its such a genius layout, starting off with more simple hills and helices, then going bonkers in the second part in the dark, then going up the third lift (which I believe to be the tallest) and having that finale of the 2 helices connected by 2 hills. The final helix is especially wild.
Did this today and am terrified of roller coasters now
Did you like it? We thought it was great fun 🙂
Isn’t this the same park with Taron? This looks a little more fun.
It sure is 🙂
cause this here's the wildest ride in the wilderness!
Indeed 😁
DO NOT ride this at the front, it's rough as hell! Made that mistake for my first ride then rode it in the middle and it was much more enjoyable.
Fun little coaster! The theming is really nice too. 😊
It's ace 😁
What does it do in that middle dark portion? Huge drops and turns?
Yes, that's correct. As well as a helix.
Video Tips ruined the whole Drive.
Great video
Thanks 🙂
I've never seen a more exciting mine train coaster. I've only ridden The Gold Rusher. Which is a joke compared to this!
This is one of our favourites, it's amazing 😁
Only Disney can keep a mine train in scenery the whole time. The difference in ride experience is huge.
Indeed, but this is way better ride than any of the Disney versions, so can forgive it :)
Important to note: the further up front you sit, the lamer the ride.
We only ever rode in the back, it was great 😁
That's generally speaking for all rides except maybe for inverted coasters.
@@bjornm.1121 That is absolutely true, but with this ride in particular because the clear view on the track is blocked due to the locomotive
Die Rechtsabteilung vom Phantasialand freut sich über solche Videos, hoffentlich eine gute Rechtsschutzversicherung abgeschlossen 🤣
This was filmed with a GoPro, secured to our upper body with a chest mount. It wasn't filmed using a loose item. We have our own liability insurance for damage or injury. We asked when we collected out fast passes at guest services for permission to film on-ride, we were advised this would be OK, but not on Taron or Black Mamba.
Sitting at the back and going full throttle into darkness is what makes this coaster still my favourite after visiting a lot of other parks
We love it too 🙂
It's also gotten quite bumpy over the years🥲
Do you think? We thought it was really smooth compared to all the other mine train coasters we've ridden.
@@XtremeCoasters Well, I was there just last month and that was my impression (and since I grew up with this park, I've seen differences - same with Black Mamba). But then again, I was persuaded last time to sit in first row and there it felt unpleasant. But I only rode it once that day so I didn't test last row. Maybe indeed it's best in every way in the last row.
@@timmy2870 Quite possibly. We rode and filmed this Thursday last week. We did a few back row rides, but not the front.
They copied the exact attraction from Disneyland.
But did it better 🙂
I watched the whole thing, getting more and more excited because... Colorado Adventure! I can afford a trip to Colorado! Woohoo!
Then I read the description. 😩😩😜😜
OK, I'd ride it, if ever over in Germany...
You should it is amazing :)
Wow! It's amazing!
It is 🙂
this looks similar to big thunder mountain disneyland
It's definitely been inspired by the Disney classic. It however takes it to the next level, we think this is a much better coasters.
@@XtremeCoasters next level indeed
The dark part looks entertaining
It reminded us of the final dark section of Big Thunder Mountain at Disney Paris 🙂
This looks like a great ride and quite long too.
It is 😁
That there looks like god fun
It's amazing 😁
One of my favorites 😁👌
It's one of our favourites in the park also 🙂
That looks amazing!
It is 😁
I love that coaster!
We do too 😁
How is it so long omg
😂
Incredible
It's a really great ride 🙂
best pov 🥰
Thank you 😊
Sure one of the best Family coasters in the world. I love this ride.
Same here 😁
Big Thunder Mountain looks like a toddler coaster compared to this! So you best remove them!😊
They sure do 😂 We think this is a better coaster overall than Thunder Mountain.
Intensity isn't everything tough..
Man, that seems like quite a “vigorous” family coaster… 😂 looks like great, easy fun.
It pulls some great forces, and has some decent airtime (as you can probably tell by the girls hair sitting in front of us going vertical) 😂
Big Thunder Mountain don't have anything on this!!!!!😍😍😍
No comparison, we think this is better in every way 🙂
😂
Bad theming!
You're crazy 😂
@@XtremeCoasters you like this empty halls? I know the original designs. They planned grottos and caves and an indian graveyard, but never built it. Think about it, before you are rude.
@chrischris4028 Not being rude at all. The outside area is all heavily themed with rocks, trees, various props, and water sections. It's so dark in the couple of inside areas, and you fly through them fast, you likely wouldn't notice anything even if they did theme it.
@@XtremeCoasters I have been riding this coaster since it opened. It is not dark inside.
@chrischris4028 Between the 2nd and 3rd lift hill, you can barely see a thing. It's so dark in there. Watch back the POV, lol.
Great POV. This ride is deceiving, it looks like a fun family coaster but it’s completely unhinged, it goes really hard and that section in the dark is mental.
Thanks 🙂 Yes, agree.
That is a very well-themed ride. And that is the length a runaway train ride should be.
By the way, did the woman in front get hit in the face by the tree branch at 1:10? That can't be safe.
No she didn't 😂 Yes, agree. The Ride is very well themed, and the length is perfect.
and this is gotta be the best family mine train ever makes big thunder mlountain llook like a baby coaster
Agree 🙂
Yeah, no. Not even close to big thunder, intensity isn't everything.
