The Cash IN on this "News" is insane on RUclips hahaha, everyone and their mother is making a video about it xD
Banana 🍌 is #1 now! 😮
Youre just mad that I own 30% of the banana market. I'm going to be rich.
😂
My UwUnana is going to buy a MayBach for me one day. Stay mad casual bros.
🤣
Want to own the other 70%? I might know the guy who has it 👀👀
youre going to think im a paid shill but ive made $100 from this game
Actually playing the game:👎
Buying skins: 👍
The "gameplay" in question: click a button.
@@X_irtzsame thing for every other game then?
@@X_irtz same goes for cs2 then?
I think you accidentally flipped the emojis around.
@@JesseP.321 Yeah, we are just gonna ignore the use of the keyboard and movement of the mouse entirely, are we.
its just a Meme"coin" on Steam instead of a "real" blockchain
Can’t wait until my favorite celebrity (onhe pixel) drops a coin (a banana)
I just let this random guy mine all the cryptos from my GPU, just so I can afford a sand dune 3 days later
Average Salad User
There's actually nothing in Banana's source code to indicate it's malicious in any way. The game doesn't hide what it is.
@@stevep6317 it's shit?
@@MRJazzygameplay27 realest comment i've seen on this platform
Babe this would be a good comment if you weren’t completely tech illiterate
"They want to get their hands around a very expensive banana"
That's enough internet for today
Zeus mad cause he late fo bananas
The name was clearly a joke but this video is still the most fair representation of the events. Probably because you understand how the steam market works.
Something you don't mention is that these aren't humans playing the game, it's a bunch of bots farming for high value bananas. As more bots flood in, the value will tank, and the game will die.
Team Fortress 2 and Counter Strike see similar activity with their item systems, but since this game clearly has no restrictions or anti-cheat, you can likely run thousands of instances of the game easily on one machine and farm to your hearts content. Wild.
Tf2 idle bots and banna idle bots same thing smh
Same things happened to crab game due to lack of anti cheat
No shit.
@@reno239What is the point of your comment lol
Poor zesty never getting any break from bots 😢😢😢😢😢
The hidden shots fired at Asmongold caught me off guard ngl, made me chuckle
First time I checked, a few days ago, it had around 200k average players.
Yesterday was around the 600k.
Currently is at #2 with a peak of 738,613, just minutes ago.
How long till it surpasses Counter-Strike?
This "game" is going bananas.
1 day. It is #1 on steam for active player count
its larger than counter strike atm it just hit #1
i feel like a lot of cs2 case farmers that got banned or have low trust now are just on the banana game
At least two other similar games have appeared recently. I don't know what the rules are for the game to have items that can be sold on the community market, but Valve needs to make it so that they can only be added in real games.
The crazy person is not the one who asks but the one who pays.
I bought around 500 bananas like a month ago💀 It was a good meme for me
Jealous lol
You should have bought 50 void bananas instead
@@misikaro I bought alot of different ones but I am too scared to sell those (so I dont get trade/marketbanned) x)
@@aVeyt Very understandable. I'd first ask steam support if it's ok or not.
@@misikaro Yea I sent a ticket about those, I dont really want to get banned for that even tho I bought those as a meme :D
I just wish i had of thought of it first...
Hmm... I wonder if i can create another game on top of it with a tradeup system like CS where you can input 10 common bananas to create a rarer banana....
hmmm...
The font gives it away it's a Unity game, so no wonder it's that bloated.
Skins destroyed CSGO, now they'll destroy Banana gameplay.
Skins are the sole reason CSGO stayed alive you dimwit
Banana without skins was way better, nowadays it's just bad. The developers doesn't care about it's gameplay, they only care about the bananas
How did skins destroy csgo? The game absolutely exploded in popularity after the arms deal update
@@psych0CS2 True, but CS always had its fanbase, now people who literally doesn't care about the game play and most of the time they just show their skins, to me it's the big cancer of CS.
@@SweetFlexZ I'm a collector. But I still play a ton of cs. Approaching 6k hours. The issue is the scanmers and cheaters.
Bro you slipped those banana jokes in there and I didn't even notice
IDK what this person is talking about, but I sold bananas for the amount that I had enough to buy Prime in CS2. The rule of supply and demand in this economy just worked
Ngl, I bet the dev cheats himself some bananas, trades them to alts, sells them with his alts for absurd lot of money and then buys them back to fake the item sold listings.
Yea I have a hunch that the devs are the ones who are actively buying up most of the bananas. It's partially refunded to them through the steam tax, but afterwards the hype brings in more legitimate buyers.
Otherwise, it's hard to believe that even the basic most actively dropped common banana has sales numbers of 1.2mm per 24 hours.
every single banana i bought about a week ago at least trippled in price, might ride this bubble for a bit
Fun fact an announcement was made on the server saying "Lions" parted ways with the team behind the game, after they saw this video and asked him about it.
He apparently said that he regreted and was sorry for what happened in the past.
We just lost our credibility making fun of NFT bros after this one…
That Halloween sticker trick o treat something scam on cs2 , sticker cost 79 rupees (1$) selling for 1500 rupees (18+$) , that sticker you can buy in the game for 1$
I think it took off when some twitter gaming news account reported on it thats how i learned about it. reporter might have been in on it maybe now that im thinking about it.
5:53 check the price of glove case and operation breakout case.
wtf
Yeah this was a screen shot from years ago.
@@eetulehtonen69 I know, just saying buying back than would've been a good decision.
The dev could rug pull, give himself 1 of each of the more valuable bananas and sell them all on steam then buy more liquid CS items to cash out
Dude's making a fortune from transactions. There's zero reason for him to waste his time doing that.
Buy the rumor, sell the news. Those of us who knew Banana as soon as it was launched believe me that with the profits we are very happy. It will probably disappear soon but the time to "invest" to see if there is luck and make a profit has already passed. It was as soon as the game was launched that there were Bananas that are now rare for pennies, now that everyone knows about them they will leave their rarity and will be worthless. He who sees it sees it and he who sees it before sees it better. Greetings. By the way, EGG is not a copy of Banana, Banana is a copy of EGG, only Banana does not respect the copyright and gains publicity with it, EGG respects the copyright so its eggs are not so striking, but it is the pioneer... I repeat, he who sees it first, sees it better.
that dig at Asmondgold is crazy hahahah well done
what's the catch in buying the different types of banana?
We dont know if Rare bananas even drop - or just developers sells them
Buy voidnana its best banana i dont own any i just want you to make it expensiv please
you cant get any expensive bananas, the ones that are expensive stoped droping
So i can play that game safely? and can make money? (idgaf if the owner makes more money when i make money)
I just collect the Bananas for the meme
i support the hustle, spent a euro for some animated bananas to be shown on my profile valve will be fine
bro sounds so mad he's late to the party
the best part of this you cant even CHANGE the skin yet haha
Check Banana 2: Fruit out its still in beta but already provides more features and anti-ac or bot punishments
Don’t you remember valve had to do that bc pokey were getting in trouble legally?
Bought thousands of them at very low price, still making money on, even if market crash at 0.06$
Each banana has a description giving a reason why they are rare and priced the way they are. I think CS2 should do something similar with the skins for value and rarity.
This game sooo ends like ''run!''
I suggest they add banana trade-up system and banana float value, otherwise there is no way to consume these more and more bananas.
Hey zeus you should look at the market again there is a game called cat and it has the same idea from a different dev and has the exact same type of market scam going on
3:00 i think the funny thing is you can get copyrighted items for you steam profile is the why i wish know about coding a game just for custom my profile and remove the game lmao
So you are willing to use 100 dollars just for a copyrighted item in your profile?
@@misikaro thats the why you learn for do the game yourself and get it for free

I really like Banana 2: Fruit the drop system is similar like in banana but you also get rewarded for clicking. bots will get detected and permanently banned which is good for a healthy ecosystem
sad man , i wish this game don't die cuz it's the only way for me to but games now (i know it's slow but i wasn't making any at all before so it's better than nothing)

It’s Tulip mania (From the 1600s) all over again. Humanity will never learn. Just don’t be the one mortgaging your home for worthless tulips at the end of it. Or bananas in this case.
You forgot to mention all the bots farming drops
is a steam market game so the price of the nanas completely depends on the players...
How is that a scam?
NFTs are on etherum and solana mainly and neither use proof of work mining.
egg is essentially the same thing but no one is talking about it as much as banana
NGL I just like being able to show off a banana on my showcase
mate lives in my hometown i might give him a visit
I don't care I just want to click a banana and collect bananas just to have them in my inventory.
Also I don't see an issue if someone wants to buy an item the buyer gets it and the seller gets the money, if they are scammers for getting lots of money through steam market transactions then youtubers are also scamming their viewers by sharing an affiliate link and get money out of that.
They’re scammers because they are selling things with a completely arbitrary and fake value. In the end many people will be left with thousands of worthless bananas because they were tricked into thinking they could get money from this. This is literally the same as NFT’s and Crypto and the Stock crash, how the fuck can’t you see that
Set up auto clicker, have it set to click every 10 seconds, let it sit over night, get rare banana, sell for 10 cents less then market prince, make profit
you get a drop once per 3 hours, no need to click once per 10 secs,
Thespiffingbrit cutaway away unexpected but so welcome. If you taught him csgo skins the market would be fucked
Peak RuneScape music
Steam better give me a $0.06 refund for the 1 banana I bought if they decide to remove this game
they made cs without hackers cool!
idk why ya'll call it a scam?
No one is losing here, you play a FREE game and sell FREE items you get for FREE.
No one is being scammed... well maby Valve but like... who rly cares?
RUclipsrs need content when people don’t buy cs skins, hence it’s a Scam 😅
Wait so someone who doesn't have a debit card, if he uses t and gets a banana he can sell it and then buy a game?
"selling free items" is a contradiction, there has to be a buyer, and that's where the scam is. It may not seem immediately apparent when you're dealing with such small figures, but when the developers are making 4 figures a day off it, it should be pretty obvious
@@AtomixKingg you're interpreting to much into it. YOu get a free item dropped that you then sell for pennys on the dollar.
Dev gets a few cents, you get a few cents, steam gets a few cents. The person who buys it.. well your own fault if you buy a fkn banana on steam.
@@SteeveYT.There are more than 1000 of benanas and no buy order even at 0.03, so it means no one would buy that skin and its wasting time

I don't see any difference between this and CS skins
why do people call the banana nft then not csgo skins nft?
Technical reasons, nfts are never the same, while skins are in some cases; also you can use csgo skins in a game which is their main purpose, while nft's main purpose is to be an a store of value.
They're functionally the same, but technically different
@@ilicktrains8304 I meant the banana since tech wise they are the exact same thing both just skins in a game. It instead of a block chain on steam server
@@TheZamphire Oh yh, in that case the banana is in the same boat as the csgo skin
@@ilicktrains8304bc CS:GO players don’t want to admit they were into NFTs before NFTs became a thing. Remember when (I think it was OPskins or maybe another company) someone created WAX skins as a way to facilitate gambling?

i just want a normal game where i can click an item a billion times without a fucking crypto scam, please someone do it
It's made by the same person who done the pump and dump of the bitcoin item on the scm, so it's pretty obvious that it's going to happen again but with the bananas.

maybe its scam or something, but csgo doing same shit. People investing time, money. And what we getting from valve? only this ..!..
I bought Pepe bananas for couple euros each at 0.03 euros just because of the pepe, yesterday they peaked 3+ euros lol
I don't think it's a scam, why would the dev rug pull if he's making 5 figures a day for a couple hours of work.
Yep
How it should work, you play the game and every few hours you get a banana drop. How it actually works, you play the game and don't get drops (because the creator disabled them from dropping, allowing him to sell his infinite supply of banana skins.) Basically forcing you to buy skins on the market if you want some, and I'd assume every skin on the market is more than likely owned by the game creator, he's just farming money on NFT bro's thinking they're going to make money on these. I'm just gonna sit back and enjoy the show, 9/10 ALL of this will get reverted and the game creator gets perma banned.
banana
I don't think Valve cares, have you not seen how they treat TF2? They don't care.
Tf2 only has like 10 thousand real players. This is hundreds of thousands of actual real players who could be outright scammed.
@@Woopor 300,000 players signed the petition in TF2 - people have been complaining about CS for more almost a decade, doubt anything will happen, but we'll see.
