What's great about Mike Patton is that most of us got turned onto him by his work with Faith No More and were amazed. Then, we realized that that's just the tip of the iceberg.
Indeed
This guy is hotter than 1 young Marlon Brando, 1 young Paul Newman and 2 Ryan Goslings together
By contrast, she's a dumpy hag
Don't tell him, otherwise his drive to make such differents with his voice, will not continue (-;
@Fetrey what's also cool is he's a very nice guy. I met him when i was 18 after his mr bungle concert in portland and he spent 30 minutes of his time just chatting with me.
i'm surprised how normal and nice he is, haven't watched his interviews until now. i like his music, but now i like him even better. nice video:)
He's a lovely guy, so cool and talented. I just wish some of his projects were not so underrated, because he deserves more exposure on his work outside of his well-known bands.
Mike has a thing for eating during interviews.
and drink! haha
That sandwich looked so good, he should make commercials.
I was about to comment that. Dude is always talking with his mouth full too.
Hahah the good old angel dust sessions
I wanna eat with him. Or eat him, both options are good to me.
when you find out your most favorite musician ever loves Japanese food, omg the excitement.
Loves? he was just eating it not having sex with it.
BlakM0nkey seriously?
Alana Laverty Yeah I'm positive.
BlakM0nkey you're hilarious.
Alana Laverty well to be fair miss im sure everyone loves Japanese food
Mike Patton is a fricken' genius! I love this guy!
I'm always surprised of Patton.
He's such a great musician, amazing, in every possible way, yet such a normal, genial guy.
It's very remarkable
I know Mike can come across as a dick sometimes, but he is a genuinely good hearted guy! When a prodigious & super talented artist, like Mike, values his time, he has less patience for ignorant people & Honestly, he is a genius & I don't blame him for it.
I like the way he words his explanations
He IS a musical genius
Amazing voice, ridiculous talent, so damn hot. Patton ftw.
Very nice!
"Finish your eel, be a good girl" :)
i would so love to have saki and udon with Mike!
Mike Patton + Stanley Kubrick = the best movie and soundtrack...never made.
What a nice, down to earth man :)
OH MY GOD MY FAVORITE DUDE IN MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT. I'M GOING TO DIE.
Iroha is the best ramen place ever. Seeing him there makes me endlessly happy.
The hottest and most talented man alive. I 💜🧡💛💚❤️Mike Patton!
Don't forget Eddie Vedder (-;
@@illustravitaeyeah... no. Mike Patton double tops E.V.
(-;@@1cosmicdebris
Thats like.... starting a band and saying "I want you to be Mike Patton"
wow hes very amazing so much talent!
thanks very much for upload
Mike Fucking Patton!!!!!!!
Some parents should be ashamed, how do so many kids have such a lack of knowledge on music legends?
And besides that. He still is very very famous. Maybe not to the mainstream teenagers so much, but thank God there are quite a few people like us who can know a good thing when they hear it. I myself hate most everything modern that pays to get played on the radio. But whatever. I still like alot of other poppy sounded stuff as well that would be considered mainstream to alot of people. If I like something I like something, no one can tell me different. But for alot of people it's not like that.
thanks for upload this! cool interview, love u mike!!:)
Very Nice! That soundtrack is one of my personal favorites! It is absolutely haunting!
I don't like much of Patton's stuff these days - but this film score is terrific.
As if anyone who has a clue would say Mike Patton misses fame and the old days. IF you did have a clue you would know that he basically ignores fame and despies it all together. He and the rest of Faith No More could have easily kept writing poppy sounding tunes like the ones off The Real Thing. But they all (With the exception of Jim Martin) decided that making music is like making art. It's not always pretty to listen to...it doesn't need to sound familiar. It's art and good art stands apart..
Billy wanted to continue. Many times actually.
I'm just like him. I can almost never look in the eyes of the person who's speaking with me. I always have to look in the table, the wall or something instead xD
HE did the Score for Crank 2 also.
Great Soundtrack pick it up guyz !!!!!
"hey eat your eel!" -i don't know why i'm laughing at this....
that henry rollins comment at the end was great
ohh mike... S2
It's from the soundtrack to "A Perfect Place"
Awesome Patton!!!!
Great, good interview.
i want to interview mike 😩😍😝
I don't understand what's wrong with being relaxed and engaged in the content. It's much better when it's more like a friendly conversation than a scripted interview. It seems sleazy and unreal when it's like a goddamn used car salesman with a microphone.
My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Ferris pass out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious.
Great interview! Kudos!
'that sorta dropped outta the skaaaii'
wonder if he still has some laserdiscs
I want to sit n do shots with Mike Patton!
:0
its the music from the short film
indeed!
totally
Did I just saw Mike Patton actually being nice to somebody?
Well, he's a badass =]
Anybody knows what's the song in the beginning?
Hey can somebody help me? All those tracks heard during the interview (you know with mike's vocals etc) are from the soundtrack? If no, anybody know where they're from, the guy has done so many fuckin things.
I've got an idea for a Streetfight and I want you to play Mike Tyson is the funniest thing I've heard in at least 6 months.
@kolektiv7 should watch his interview about wolfmother..
Finish your 'eel.' They're in a Japanese restaurant. I'd expect Patton fans to have a better hearing ability ;)
@rockforchoicee I think it probably stems from that one video where he says that Wolfmother sucks. Even though they do. But that's probably where it comes from
What movie are they talking about?
A Perfect Place, a short film the score is longer then the film itself.
What restaurant is this in Japantown?
misscarolinec, you SHOULD do that... make a bs company so that actually does good interview
Mike Patton is God.
I went to school with a kid who looked and acted just like him
KEVIN PIASTRA: COMEDIAN Still talk to him? ;)
@IwantShawn...i would agree.
this is a great soundtrack to get high to.
what's the name of the song playing at 5:03?
What song plays in the begining of this...I forgot
@KidAeon I am so jealous...
I think he looks really good for someone who is forty. xD
lolz where did you see this?
whats wrong with eel? a lot of sushi has eel and its delicious
"eat your eel."
6:48
I l
@Fetrey
Exactly what happened to me.
@erinnurse
what?that ´s to complicated for me x)
both...she gets paid for it ;-)
i was just at a henry rollins video, then decided to find my other man candy mr. patton. funny he mentions channelling henry. i'd love to be eating eel with this fkr. the old bad is not worthy. teeheehee ;)
oops
On the fly productions? Yeah, that's why it looks like shit..
sounds like something a jealous person would say.
Yea she's terrible at interviews, she's done other interviews and they've been atrocious.
you know what that means down you?
Sort of "alternative" models really.
no, I don't
"Alt" girl pinups.
yet still out of your league.
she got drunk and tried to be sexy.. that was a bit painful
methogonzo that's the title of my biography
He does look like Robert Downey Jr
like a scary version
False!
Why doesn't sing in his "whiny" voice anymore?
are you a dude?
hahaha werd
I like his music/noise but a genius? mmmh nope
please be quiet
Patton knows jack shit about movies. How does Scorsese make it look it easy?
+Joshua Cambria he's a musician, not an filmmaker you dumbfuck
+Joshua Cambria hahaha, everyone has an opinion about movies you dumbfuck, I guess you are too sensitive that another person could have a different opinion about movies, not everyone has the same opinion as yourself, freedom of speech bitch!
+Phreaker1997 Its true that MIke is a collasehal douche bag, he is right about that. Amazing singer though, and his work with Faith No More is outstanding. Outside of Faith No More not so much, just a lot screaming and other pleasant sounds trying to pass off as music.
It is called innovation lol, he does this all the time and can sing also outside of FNM. There aren't enough people out there willing to go the distance in creating new sounds that aren't for everyone, he does this cause it makes him happy and will continue to do what he wants to inspire, although not for everyone but for those willing to explore
Tyler Durden huh? Your mom dropped you on your too many times. Ever listened to Mondo Cane? D.E.P.? Lovage??
get a clue before you spew stupid shit.
Pissing on the couch, party just got good.
What song plays in the beginning of this...I forgot
