Great analysis as always. I recently started using INAIRS AIR2 foam tips in my Elite 10 because the standard tips resulted in them falling out sometimes. It was not easy to find a foam tip that fit. The foam tips have made a significant improvement in my sound and ANC quality. I also think my transparency has improved with the latest firmware but could just be me.

They did say (maybe I am wrong) that is a end of year update.
Not too many phones support Aptx. I'm not sure about Lc3. Even with those, the sound will be better by 5%, so not too much.

@peterklapko3182 As far as I know, Samsung does not support aptx, even though they could because they have a Qualcomm snapdragon processor. Many people have Samsung, so there are already many regular Android phones, without it. As far as I know, phones that support Aptx are: Rog phones, Zenphones, Nothing Phone, and Sony Xperia. There could also be some Chinese phones, but I'm not sure. I have Samsung and do not have Aptx only Ldac and AAC and SBC. Best Regards.
@@ovidiun5218 samsung does support regular aptx lol 🤦 even A series and flagships ass well .. I have already verified..and more aptx codecs are supported by brands such as : xiaomi (redmi,poco),motorola,sony,asus,oppo (oneplus , realme),nothing brand and honor 😉
Before this update I was very disappointed by voice calls outside on crowd & noises. Hopefully it will fix the issues. I was hearing excellent, but the other person bearly heard me..

I tell you I have stopped bothering about ANC for some time regarding TWS earphones. I own Jabra 7active now, I'm fine with them. But I also possess over the ear ones - JBL Live 650 ANC and AKG K361 which are...wired!BOTH deal with noise better then J7A, even though AKG ones are without ANC. So, my next TWS will be without ANC and costing less. What I really care these days in TWS is their HEAR-THRU mode. That matters! In case of ANC- make your volume 1step up and you are done:)

Ive used both headphones and the Sennheiser sound way better than the Bose qc ultra . They have phenomenal bass.
The most comfortable earbuds ever. Also I'm a fan of the sound, great sound quality and natural sounding soundstage.

could you do a video for your preferred eq for the jabra elite 10?
kinda have to play around with the EQ to get your sound and everyone will be different. I will say for myself I go a V or U shape EQ and start with the energize preset to get the shape and then adjust from there. My current custom is the ends for bass and trouble all the way up, the middle midrange at center, and then both the second and 4th dots will be halfway up placing mid way between the bottom and top dots and that will get the V shape I like. Again will be different for everyone but for me this gets the high, mids, and bass all there for me

Does your Jabra elite 10 boost the bass when you activate the ANC / HearThrough mode?
In my device, when ANC is off, the sound lacks bass. Is it normal or do I have a defective device? Thanks
My 8 active is start peeling off and sticky now just 2 months after purchased.
Can I connect my Jabra elite 10 to Alexa voice assist? Seams I can only connect to google then I loose the ability to increase the volume, absolutely ridiculous 🧐
after few months of using elite 8, the microphone quality dropped to the point that people can not hear me, cleaning them did not help. very disappointed, not sure if the microphones get covered by my ear as the headset moves. I doubt this firmware would help but I will have these replaced as they did really well for the past few months and huge improvement over elite 7 pro. Thank you for this great video!
What is your opinion about bass of elite 8 active ?
Does it have decent-good bass or just "meh" kind of bass. Currently im using elite 3
@@memaati01-hsb98 elite 8 is a big improvement on elite 7 in microphone and durability. Never had elite 3. I would buy elite 8 if you have a more active life and elite 10 for office living people

I had the jabra 10 pro for 10 days, but i didn't like so i returned it people couldn't hear me good, also the sound wasn't any special at all i replaced it with galaxy buds 2 pro very compatible with my galaxy s24 ultra and people can hear me perfect even in windy days and in noisy streets
